Park view at an extra cost is a view of the highway... If the executive room looks like this, it's scary to think what cheaper rooms look like...”

“Is this really Pullman standards anymore ? Rooms are getting older and older. Traces of mold in all the bathroom. Room cleanliness is so so... air conditioner is blocked. You can really choose the temperature you wish. No clock in the room. Air dryer electric cable very dangerous. Staff is not really welcoming at the reception and not really helping. No one of the staff was smiling during my stay from any service...”
