Customer service is 150% on point , if you haven't visited Hard Rock Punta Cana you are missing out and the excursion they have are beyond awesome.”

“I went for a wedding and it was a great time because of great people. The Hard Rock is pretty standard. Well-maintained, they have ample pools to choose from each with a different vibe. It's family friendly and children were mostly well entertained with the water park, arcades, activities and separate pools. Service is lacking, some at the lobby desk were plain rude. Food is average and nothing to rave about. The place is huge and you're reliant on trolleys. Everything has an add-on price (including coconuts!). The gym is very nice. I don't regret my stay.”
