Quartos tranquilos, excelente café, garrafas de água e um restaurante completo com pátio ao ar livre para desfrutar do clima constante da primavera! Extra gritar para a limpeza ... eles são muito respeitoso de todos os pertences e deixar os quartos tão perfeitos como as fotos da revista.

Uma atmosfera agradável, a equipe sempre consciente de como estávamos mesmo se não fôssemos hóspedes. A arte dentro é muito interessante ea equipe está sempre disposta a nos dizer sobre o seu significado. Quartos amplos e ventilados muito bem mobilados.

Me encantó el ambiente de este hotel. La atención del personal es muy especial. El area de jardín relajante para estar alli y leer un libro o algo así. Está ubicado en el corazón de la zona viva. Muy limpio y ordenado.

This was the 1st Hotel from my last trip to Guatemala.Staff members: from security guards at main entrance, receptionist, bell staff, servers, bar tenders, shuttle drivers, housekeeping,management . I would say they got 10+ customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff.Attention was excellent, table service was quick, even managers were making sure everyone was enjoying their stay . And offered extra help if needed. Team work is very noticeable at this hotel.Rooms : modern and very stylish decorations. upscale vibes. Literally furniture and appliances are new. And in excellent shape. Safe box and wifi. AC.Bed and pillows : comfortable. Cannot complain.Food : delicious, different options a la carte or buffet. Fresh natural juices and seasonal fruits. Indoor / outdoor patio seats ( restaurant) is ideal to enjoy dinner and chat while enjoying some drinks.Overall : clean hotel, soundproof windows, excellent gym, elevator security system ( access with room key )Location : Excellent location. Nearby shops, restaurants, okland mall, cayala city and airport. Great location for business or leisure.I can Absolutely recommend this hotel . It has all you need, excellent hotel, location, service, amenities and more. Definitely will be on my Top list hotels to stay in at Guatemala city.

The hotel is great, structure is nice, it's looks new and fresh and the staff is always ready to help. I just did an event there and my company is very happy with the service provided! I do recommend!

Peaceful rooms, great coffee, bottled water and a full restaurant with outdoor patio to enjoy the constant spring weather!Extra shout out to the housekeeping... they are very respectful of all belongings and leave the rooms as perfect as the magazine photos.

I have stayed at this location many times as I travel to Guatemala often for charity work. I had a last minute trip and I arranged the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport at 9:00 pm. I arrived with 9 bags of donated medical supplies and guess what NO SHUTTLE. I looked for about 30 minutes then found someone to call the Courtyard. They said they would send the shuttle right away. Well almost 2 hours later somebody arrived in a car to pick me and 9 bags. I was furious. I crammed all bags into the car and had 1 in my lap. When I finally got to the hotel the response from the front desk was sorry. that's it. No explanation of what happened or anything. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he would look into it and let me know. 2 days later still nothing. I messaged the hotel to get follow up. reply was someone from the hotel would contact me. well 2 days later nothing. I just want to warn travellers DO NOT BOOK the hotel shuttle. You may get stuck for hours. I don't like posting negative reviews because things happen. My main issues is the total lack of reply or feedback. I stayed at this hotel personally 15+ nights last year and always bring a group of 3 or more. Guess what? We will be staying at the Camino Real from now on.

Honestly this was one of the classiest Hotels I've ever stayed at. Service was great, and it was very beautiful!

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport in Guatemala City, has a gorgeous interior and exceptional service. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds. There is enough counter space in the bathrooms, which is important to someone with a lot of toiletries. The is also a free hotel shuttle service. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Guatemala City!

This is my second time at this hotel and I absolutely love it!The staff here is amazing! The customer service is top notch, much better than the hotels I have stays at in the states. The location is in Zona 10 wherethere are many restaurants and cafes, of course if you don't want to go out there is a restaurant and bar at the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.
