“When we first got there the check in was smooth. Nothing went wrong the front desk personal were friendly. After about 3 hours, our rooms were ready. But for some reason when we got there the couch bed wasn’t made still. So we called and asked if they could make the bed and still when we came back from the pool it still wasn’t made I file the 3rd time we called. The food was decent but the waiters were awesome. They all had a good sense of humor and outgoing and energetic but also when you requested something they would bring whatever you needed right away. Especially the waiter Anyule if he ever attends you, just know your in for a good service. The pools were nice and especially the bubble party was awesome. Overall it’s pretty good for a resort that’s still constructing and the people were very friendly. We even left a bigger tip than we usually do just because they’re very hard workers and work all day from the morning all the way to midnight.”

Carlos our butler was excellent, the pool bar staff are amazing. The restaurant staff let the place down. Often moody and wait times are ridiculous. Food is good here in all restaurants. Overall lovely place, plenty to do. Beach isn’t great, rocky and very rough but still very enjoyable.

It was a good stay. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. I was impressed generally in the amount of work that the staff undertook to maintain the hotel and the grounds. The buffet food was nice and I liked that some of it was made fresh in front of you.

The experience was very good. The staff (Miguel, black pearl, franco, Ruben, Laura Wanda) have been very friendly and engaging. The were numerous activities that I took part it with my friends that I thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the resort to everyone that wants to have a good time!

I spent an amazing week here. The hotel is relatively new. It has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The food and drink is good, staff is sooo friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back.

Our privilege ocean view suite and our butler Joel Mejia made a big difference to improving our experience. Being on the second level made for more privacy and a better view. Great Lady cleaning our place daily. We enjoyed the little hot tub too. Staying covid safe was made pretty straight forward by the staff and it was the other guests we had to watch out for. I suggest room service for breakfast and have your butler book your reservations for the first seating for dinner. Tip - they work hard.

John and Frank are the best service on the resort! Gotta see them at the pool bar 🍹 Best place to be. Loved the resort. Rooms are great. Resort is new and beautiful. Really large resort so expect to do some walking. Buffet is fantastic and better than the a la carte restaurants except for Sakura which was phenomenal! Restaurant service is slow and makes us wish we could speak Spanish to communicate better. Great place to come once.

John and Franklin were fantastic. The best service by far at the resort. The resort itself is great, lots of walking, but service is lacking, except for the exceptional service from the pool bar closest to the beach because it had the both of them. Went to them every day of our trip!

Si se pudiera dar 0 estrellas es lo que merece este hotel. El peor hotel al que he ido desde todos los aspectos. Poca variedad de comidas y muchas sin sabor ninguno. Muy poco transporte dentro de el hotel. Muchas cosas cerradas desde restaurantes, casino, disco y otras cosas solo abiertas en la noche. Muchos días donde había que llamar continuamente a que te hicieran el cuarto o abastecieran el mini bar. Muchas de las cosas son solamente para los privilege. Pero con lo más que nos hemos molestado ha sido con la prueba de el covid cobraron 35 dolares supuestamemte por el antigeno y el PCR los cuales nunca llegarontuvimos que ir a pedirlos para llevarnos la sorpresa de que el PCR nunca nos lo hicieron que supuestamente costaba 80 dólares. Definitivamente un descaro cuando uno paga muy caro por un hotel y en Estados Unidos están las pruebas en cualquier esquina gratis. Las puertas de los balcones no las pueden abrir porque te apagan el aire acondicionado. Noches repetitivas de solo bingo y un show. En el 2017 fuimos a otro hotel de esta cadena Ocean blue y nada que ver con este pensamos que al ser un hotel nuevo sería mucho mejor pero lo único que recibimos fueron decepciones.

It was nice!The food hit or miss sometimes.Bring plenty of small bills as you will want to tip.Get the roof top jacuzzi room it's beautiful up there.You will do a lot of walking from the room to the eating entertainment area.The coffee is delicious 😋. If you don't have children book the adult side of the resort,you get adult eating and pools separate from kids.

T he very best about this hotel is the stunning beach views, the beach itself is rather rocky. but simply the most stunning location none the less. The hotel is understaffed so I understand, but based on this trip it will likely be my last time to the Dominican. Let me advise I am a platinum member, the service level at this hotel is not even one, the worst, hard to pick, not correct room assigned despite booking 6 months ahead of time ,non working rooms keys, broken safe, two hours for room service on multiple occasions, the Butlers were very mediocre, but likely the Privilege Restaurant wins, nothing privilege about it, maybe the view, multiple inquiries to multiple staff and not even water after 45 minutes, when I reported it to the Privilege Manager, it was evident that it fell on deaf ears. The buffet is good, hit the back of the buffet for the fresh omelets, the best was our dinner at the Italian Restaurant one of our last nights, the food was amazing and Ramon the server was EXCELLENT and the best service we received all week. If you are going to sell privilege service, it would be ideal to provide same.

On the plus side, less people/tourist, staff very friendly, lots of quiet and shady spaces. Typical sales pitch, day one, and aggressive beach sales guys. Couldn't help but think of Vin Diesel, family memes. Would go back again

Overall the hotel is clean and beautiful. The food is delicious although there is a wait for some of the restaurants. The entertainment staff are amazing!!! Especially Ana, Wander and Wilkins. So friendly and they really went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to travel to Punta Cana.

Wonderful!!! The place is so beautiful, and the service is fantastic. One particular waiter, Emmanuel (waiter number 1), made our trip even that much better. After a long and tumultuous year of dealing with the pandemic on different fronts, all I wanted was a brief escape. As soon as I got my vaccine scheduled, I booked a stay at this property. With less than a week to go, I find this message in my inbox: “Your reservation was cancelled by the property because the property will now be closed during your stay. You will receive a full refund”. Wow, really?! Last minute cancellation due to this property not timing their construction correctly? Now the site says they are closed through April 30th due to construction. When I originally booked the room I was reassured construction would be completed by April. Thanks to their screwup I was forced to search for and make a reservation at another location in Punta Cana—and at a premium due to it being last minute! Thanks for nothing. I will not be booking this property in the future because they cannot be trusted to honor reservations. Anyone planning to make a reservation in the near future should be especially wary as they might push back the construction completion dates again.

Very great experience in this resort. My family and I went last August and we were treated like royalty. The best thing there was the service. Very proactive place: so many animations and activities everywhere all day, the animators CocaCola and Sonic were very entertaining and funny. All the staff overall was very kind. Coup de coeur for Anyuli the waiter. He was so full of enthusiasm, awesome service. He even helped us with my little brother who fell asleep at the restaurant. The only negative thing is that some parts of the resort were not yet constructed, but since it was their first 6 months it's very understandable

Went there with my wife at the beginning of june 2019 and i have to state this: This is a brand new hotel. Is not even a year old so a lot of stuff that might fail in other resorts are not a problem in this hotel because everything is new. Having said that... this place is wonderful! The rooms are not HUGE but are comfortable enough (who goes to a hotel to spend the days in a room anyway?) The buffet variety is big and the quality great. Same thing happens with the night restaurants, although they are not 100% what the promote: the japanese restaurant is not 100% japanese. Food has a bit of dominican touch, same happens with the mexican and french restaurants. It would be good to try something 100% natural to its country. The drinks are not waterdown (Everyone that goes to an all-inclusive resort knows that most places have waterdown drinks almost no alcohol in it.) and the amount of bars in the whole complex saves you a lot of time walking when wanting for a drink. My only complain is that the hotel is huge (something common in the Punta Cana area) and because of that you have to walk a lot in the sun to get a cup of coffee (at the coffee shop) or some food at the Seafood Restaurant by the beach. Since the hotel is new, the palm trees ar not fully grown and there's almost to cover from the extreme sun when walking inside the hotel.

Resort lindo, estilo colonial, com todos os quartos com banheiras de hidromassagem, boliche, disco,cassino, spa, academia, teatro, musica ao vivo todas as noites, tem um farol, vários bares e restaurantes, lojas de presente, brincadeiras na piscina e festa da espuma no sabádo.. 5 * na esperança de que eles trabalhem no tema da praia, porque para os falantes de russo isso é relevante. Tudo o mais é adequado, não há nada para comparar, restaurantes e bares funcionam, animação funciona. Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis, móveis confortáveis, todos os aparelhos são modernos. Seguro eletrônico, grátis. Secador de cabelo, balança externa, guarda-chuva em caso de chuva. As bebidas são reabastecidas diariamente, a limpeza dos quartos é normal e de alta qualidade. Agrada com um jacuzzi no quarto e uma cadeira de balanço pendurada em uma varanda espaçosa. Para nossos equipamentos eletrônicos, não precisamos de adaptadores, adaptadores, muitas tomadas, a luz é distribuída corretamente na sala. O território é ocupado o tempo todo, chimto e bem cuidado em todos os lugares. Os funcionários do barman aos faxineiros e o guarda de segurança na praia são todos positivos, educados e atenciosos. O álcool flui como um rio, a manhã começa com m champanhe e termina com vários coquetéis. Apesar do fato de existir um mini-clube, um adolescente, um parque aquático infantil e assim por diante. existem muitos lugares tranquilos onde o acesso a crianças é indesejável (uma sala separada no restaurante principal, prédios apenas para adultos, áreas de praia e piscina são apenas para adultos). Isso é muito importante e bom, o território é bastante grande e há zonas barulhentas, mas há zonas calmas. O hotel está longe de transporte, se você quiser Punta Cana, a distância é de 20 minutos de carro, mas você aluga ou pede um táxi, não há táxis do lado de fora do portão, como em muitos outros lugares.

Muito bom, a equipe é tipo, rio lento e piscina são incríveis, limpo todo o resort, ea vista do farol é incrível. A comida é boa também. Não posso esquecer a comida. Minha única queixa é que o oceano tem marés muito fortes e é muito rochoso. Caso contrário, é incrível! (E obrigado Alexander por fazer isso uma experiência ainda mais plausível)

Reserva de hotel. Território enorme, paisagismo maravilhoso. Localização competente de áreas barulhentas dos quartos. Há uma parte separada do hotel de acordo com o conceito exclusivo para adultos. Existe uma parte separada do privilégio. Existem vários bares de piscina e um snack-bar no local. Bar de praia com bebidas. Os quartos são amplos, bem pensados e arrumados. A pressão da água e o encanamento são bons. Eles escrevem a verdade - não há escova no banheiro 😀. A sala tem um conjunto de géis / shampoos / cremes. Existem pentes, acessórios de barbear. Há um navio a vapor, sacos de chá e café. Arrumação é decente. A praia trouxe uma mosca na pomada. Há espreguiçadeiras suficientes, mas a entrada para a água é ruim. À esquerda há uma lagoa, ela já está atrás do território do hotel, mais perto dela todas as espreguiçadeiras estão ocupadas, é claro. Eles estão localizados na orla da área de praia do hotel. Na lagoa, areia e pedras na entrada. As toalhas são fornecidas na piscina, não há problema na praia. E em geral não há serviço na praia. Não há ganchos sob o guarda-chuva, nenhum lugar para pendurar as coisas. Não é recomendável sair depois da lagoa. Durante o dia, durante uma caminhada, o casal foi assaltado por dois haitianos com um facão, a polícia veio, aceitou o depoimento e pronto. A administração do hotel retira responsabilidade, porque o território não é o hotel. E não tem placa, senão você não vai chegar na lagoa. O quarto 17207 não funciona e o condomínio está vazando. Dois dias de aplicações e zero reação. Como resultado, pisos inundados.

El hotel es muy bonito y moderno, pero se ve afectado por la falta de compromiso del personal, en el Restaurant Bufet las mesas estan sucias y no hay quien te atienda, y para empeorar la situacion una Sra. que dijo llamarse Hayke ya que no tenia identificacion en su uniforme se comporto de manera grosera en el servicio de toallas, negandose a cambiarlas toallas que se habia mojado al llover por ella solo entrega una al dia, prefiero un hotel menos moderno y con un personal mas compometido a los vistantes.

Tremendo Hotel resort con la modalidad all inclusive a 30 km del aeropuerto de Punta Cana en Republica Dominicana. Todo de excelente calidad y buen gusto. Playa privada, enormes piscinas,wifi, restaurantes tematicos, canchas de tenis, teatro y todo lo que se imagine. Atencion super cordial y respetuosa. Sedestaca por sobre todo la calidad de las comidas. Super recomendable.

Es un buen resort para la familia especialmente si los niños están pequeños o adolescentes pues pueden disfrutar de unas piscinas espectaculares y clubes infantiles y juveniles.Las habitaciones son acogedoras sin embargo pude notar una falta de mantenimiento estructural en los edificios, pero según me explicaron el hotel es nuevo (apenas un año) y al parecer iniciaron operaciones sin darle la terminación adecuada.Sobre la comida tengo mis reservas, el buffet no es atractivo, pero los restaurantes temáticos son muy buenos y no necesitas reserva.La playa es hermosa.En resumen el resort es bien, pero puede mejorar.

Awesome hotel, great service, a great range of places for daytime activities: pools each with their bar, lazy river, water park for the kids and Daisy Club, both of which my kids loved, and would spend all day there. Special mention to Daisy at the Daisy club. There's also the Snack bar, the beach buffet, the main buffet, a coffee house and sports bar.And for early evenings and nights they have the bowling alley, teen's club (for teenagers, obviously), the restaurants (Italian, steakhouse, Japanese, burger joint, Mexican and adult only restaurant), activity theather, with nightly shows, lounge and disco.I specially loved how the restaurant boulevard comes alive at night, and it's the hub of all nighttime activities.The rooms were beautiful and the service provided by all employees was top notch.I can't wait for my next visit, it's now my favorite hotel in Punta Cana.

The place is still significantly under construction in the area that we were staying in. It is a very large facility and some people have complained there's a little too much walking but I really didn't think that that was much of an issue and they have a nice little train. The little train cart takes you down the walks to all of the different locations that you may want to get to. The rooms are very nice and modern.Ours room was obviously just completed moments before we took it. if you are an architect you'd understand this but, they had not done a punch list prior opening the room and there were many items left undone. I posted 360-degree views of the room that we were staying in. The food is like you're on a large cruise liner with all kind of options all over the place. There are many pools, lots of things to do for children, and adult areas. There's a nice lazy river for you to ride in a tube along if you like. There's workout spaces. The staff is always very helpful, no complaints. The only complain I would have is, the beaches really are not up to par of what you'd expect for this area of the country.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Love the food, people, the resort and our hotel. Really worth it! Will surely go back here next year! They have 10 restaurants and very delicious. I love the party at night and so many activities to do here. And very family friendly.

Great vibes, great food, great weather, great entertainment, great drinks, great customer service! Coca Cola, made the life around the pool and beach amazing! He involves everybody and loves to make everybody join the vibe. This guy is the best! & not to forget Chocolate part of the entertainment team, made this trip the best! Needed to get away from the New York cold I did not regret it not one bit!

First time visiting this resort and will most certainly be returning back! From the great amount of respect and hospitality from employees to the service, it was absolutely terrific! I cannot thank the staff enough for all the wonderful help and service they provided to my family and I. We were there for less than a week, and felt like we built a family relationship with the staff there. Rooms were very clean and well organized. The resort is a great big size that even if there are plenty of people, you all have plenty of space and pool area for yourself. You guys are by far the best and most wonderful people I've ever encountered at a hotel! We truly miss you all!

Cons: -the fan would not cut off in the room for some reason -some outlets would not work for a unknown reason - the sales people were a little annoying but hey its part of the trip. -we actually paid for our trip through the site and the timeshare people acted like that was ridiculous - we did not do a timeshare presentation or a first timer presentation (time is too precious to waste on that) the people did not like that -the bathroom tile was ugly tho... Weird PROS: -looked just like the photo. -very beautiful resort - The ocean was clean, -food was good, - service was good and prompt, -beautiful staff with beautiful personalities, -very helpful. - very organized -peaceful -delicious ice cream - really had a wonderful time -first timers get a free upgrade or at least we did -safety -good all you can drink drinks -shower heads were the best Would definitely recommend ... You have to go

When we first got there the check in was smooth. Nothing went wrong the front desk personal were friendly. After about 3 hours, our rooms were ready. But for some reason when we got there the couch bed wasn’t made still. So we called and asked if they could make the bed and still when we came back from the pool it still wasn’t made I file the 3rd time we called. The food was decent but the waiters were awesome. They all had a good sense of humor and outgoing and energetic but also when you requested something they would bring whatever you needed right away. Especially the waiter Anyule if he ever attends you, just know your in for a good service. The pools were nice and especially the bubble party was awesome. Overall it’s pretty good for a resort that’s still constructing and the people were very friendly. We even left a bigger tip than we usually do just because they’re very hard workers and work all day from the morning all the way to midnight.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and polite. However, Jose and Berta from Mike’s coffee are excellent. Great costumer service. They can make you feel special . I recommend go and visit them. Coffee is delicious but they are the best

Staff is nice but seems to not be very focused on the customers as they're constantly talking to each other. The hotel itself is a really nice place, design and the rooms are really cool - it is also huge! The cleanliness is really not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel - it seems like they don't have vacuums. What is very nice, is that as they resort is so huge, nowhere is really crowded or busy so you really get to relax. Overall, it's a nice place with good food but it needs to work on some things to really be a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, food is excellent... Loved their lazy river. Service is very good! 100% recommended. The rooms are super confortable. There's live music at night. My favorite restaurant was zakura. My favorite bar was the one at the main pool. People at the front desk were very helpful and everyone at the restaurants as well. I have no complaints at all. Loved it!

The room was great queen size bed sitting area porch with the swing nice bathroom. We had a great time lot of nice people nice staff very friendly. If you go on the Lazy River bring your own tube you will have to buy one food was good didn't have a problem with anything

I'm leaving you here a few photos of my stay at Ocean El Faro, yes is new only one month before I post this pictures.Pools are great I think the hotel have more than 5 pools and that not include the swimming up building.Jump into the lazy River and just let you go.All restaurant with good taste.The only thing I can said I did feel comfortable was about that they have a few spots that are not finish yet like the Bowling Alley , The Casino and the Disco. But the hotel have so many things to enjoy.For sure will go there again.

Good! When we got there we did not get the ocean view room in which we paid for. For the first night we were put into a lesser room. Our compensation, even after we had asked for compensation was a bottle of Dominican rum. In retrospect, and mathematically speaking the rum did not come close to covering the amount of money we were out by not getting the room that we paid for. The next day we were put intoour ocean view room and it was nice. I generally don't stay at five star all inclusive hotels, since I define myself as more of a traveler than a vacationer. This resort is new, and there were glitches here and there, which would be expected. The service is outstanding and friendly. The pools are fun. I had a great time here. A beautiful resort for those who like the five star all inclusive holiday.
