“Spent Valentines week here and had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing! It was our first time with a Butler which was amazing, Alberto went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently to make sure that we were happy. The star friends made sure we were having fun and always treated us like we were VIP guests - special shout out to Alex and Yocardi-B Our lobby server Elizabeth always greeted us with a smile and friendly face. I do agree with many reviews that the food could be better. We did enjoy the Surf-in turf, and the Japanese steakhouse. Our room is beautiful and the cleaning staff made sure that it was up to par twice a day. We did upgrade to a swim out pool which was lovely although because there is not as much wind we did have some issues with mosquitoes. It also backs up to the other resort and doesn’t provide the best view.The next time we would upgrade to an ocean view instead. The beach was beautiful and the sand was as soft as powdered sugar although it was a bit windy so the waves were rougher than I would’ve liked. Overall we would rate this resort a 5 and can’t wait to go back!”

“Excelente con matices. El hotel es excelente, el único problema lo tuvimos con el vino y el cava que nos sirvieron. Al inicio de nuestra estancia, nos suministraron un vino razonable, pero al tercer día se terminó y empezamos a mendigar por un vino aceptable. Lo mismo pasó con el cava, que cuando se acabó pasó a ser vino espumoso. No es de recibo para un hotel de ésta categoría. Además, creo se nos debería haber avisado que lo estaban reformando, el galeón por ejemplo, solo lo pudimos ver desde fuera y con andamios. Por lo demás, más que recomendable”
