“HORRIBLE!
Don't stay here!
I've booked a day hotel cause I need to work and I've informed front reception.
She even offered me a quiet place in the hotel as the whole point of my staying was for me to work.
Guess what? NO INTERNET!
They've called a technician to my room and he said
- Yeah looks like we have an internet problem...
So I went back to the front desk and said I wanted my refund>
Jessica the manager was really unhelpful she was rude and said to me.
As you booked with a 3rd party you have to liaise with them.
I've replied
Well you got the money, otherwise you'd not let me in?
My stay lasted for 30 min and it was the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I've ever had.
Poor standards and no internet.
We're in 2022 and the Hotel is situated in a noble area in Sao Paulo - No internet?
She could at least told me when checking in? But of course she wouldn't they might as well try to keep the money.”

“Já estive neste hotel várias vezes. Sou cliente da Accor há muito tempo. Você sabe sempre o que vai encontrar quando chegar no hotel. Mas esta última vez me surpreendi negativamente com a cama. O colchão era demasiadamente duro e além disso, muito barulhento quando se movimenta em cima do colchão. Incomoda bastante. Se você se vira acorda o/a parceiro/a. Também a climatização é do tipo central e então a ventilação no quarto é feita por um motor bem barulhento. As tomadas são do tipo antigo, então utensílios com tomada nova não vai conseguir plugar. E para finalizar os pontos negativos, no site informa voltagem 127volts, mas é na verdade 220 volts. No mais é um Íbis budget, sem frigobar no quarto. O café da manhã é bom e vale a pena. Checkin e checkout nos horários de pico são demorados devido ao alto fluxo de hóspedes.”
