“Wonderful in terms of hospitality. Initially my wife and I had to stand at the check-in counter for 45 minutes due to the rush but as soon as we got to the counter, Mr. Ramy at the check-in was so kind and caring, he understood that we had to wait for long and he offered us the best hospitality. We were absolutely delighted by his kind gestures. Definitely visiting again just because of the excellent customer service by Mr. Ramy at check-in.”

“First of all, I would like to mention how friendly and nice the staff is. Since the check-in, the lady at the reception greeted and upgraded my reservation to a sea view room, and sent a cake to my room, because it was my birthday, which is made my day! The facilities are gorgeous. The pool is big and amazing for the sunset. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was proactive and very kind. I found everything and more of what I usually see in a hotel. Food choices and cleanliness is 10 out of 10, as well as the compliance of all the covid protocols. I would highly recommend it and, hopefully, come back.”
