“The hotel is at the very nice part of town. It looks very business like, very clean.
The staff is super professional, the rooms are spacious and clean.
I loved the little packages of shampoo and body lotion, hand cream and body wash. You can tell they were thinking about small details, keeping the packages in the same “rang” as their hotel.
The food is great, you have a variety of choice every day.
The pool is outside, as well as jacuzzi, which is really nice, but the only thing that could be better are longer working hours of those two.
Since we were exploring the city during the day, we only got to enjoy the pool one day of our stay, and that for a short period of time.
It has a potential to be great hang out place by night.”

“I booked this hotel because there were only two five star hotels in Medellin according to Expedia. This is a very nice hotel but is not a five star hotel. The staff is amazing. The location is in an upscale area within short walking distance of the malls. Try to get the suite rooms. The location in unbeatable. The hotel charged an additional $11/day because there were two of us. Breakfast is nice with an omelette station and fresh fruits and juices, but you have to make your own latte with a cheap machine. We did not use the pool because it rained almost everyday.”
