“Mixed feelings. First we were tricked to thinking that Marriott offers a 24/7 shuttle from the airport. This is not entirely true. Shuttle operates till 9.30pm in the afternoons and till noon in the mornings. Our flights were outside of that schedule. Upon arrival they offered us two rooms (we were travelling with kids) in the separate and distant parts of the (Covid-empty) hotel. They showed complete disregard for the safety issues we raised. After a heated discussion we were upgraded to a suite. Not a great hotel welcome experience. On a good side - suite was specious and clean. Breakfast was tasty with quite nice variety of food.”

“Called the hotel to see if it will be good for my layover in Madrid. Free shuttle during Covid times is every hour. However, if your flight is early morning there are no shuttles at 6am. Breakfast starts at 06:30am, and if you need to catch an early flight they will provide a packed breakfast with sandwiches and fruit (also vegetarian). The person I spoke was patient and informative.”
