“This is the best resort we have spent time in the recent past. Quality of service is outstanding, you will be pampered and would definitely not want to go back from vacation.
Hospitality, Catering staff is amazing and the beach staff is going to make your experience a blissful one.
One star taken away for the service in the jewelry store. Stay away from them !!! The bar is set so high by other groups that this store could not keep up...
Tours and services staff are decent but don’t do a great job explaining the details of the tour. So you have to probe them a lot for details. This could be due to a few training issues with some of the staff.”

“Las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño muy buen servicio pero también el problema que yo veo es que en este momento los buffets tienen que ser asistidos y en este hotel el buffet la gente se sirve y agarra las pinzas y eso no es higiénico eso lo tienen que corregir todo lo demás en general me pareció bien”
