A wonderful place to go with the family. Good breakfast in a quiet place. If you have kids, ask for the Apartment T1 with a view to the Marina. They have a wonderful pool but we didn’t used it since it was during the winter. Near everything in Portimao, you have the beach in 5 minutes walk or simple ask the staff to give you a lift on their buggy. Recommend it!

low level service. We ordered breakfast, as there was an early check-out, but no one left breakfast and the reception did not even bother about it. The level of the hotel does not correspond to the indicated 4 stars. we were on the first floor, and the hotel settled above us with a family with children who do not allow us to rest. the food is monotonous, often empty plates. garbage on the floor remains after breakfast until dinner. food composition and allergens are not indicated

Cute village-style resort, with a great breakfast buffet and a large pool. But the amenities in the room are minimal and some prices (drinks!) far above the Portuguese average

The rooms are a bit old and dated with definite need for some upgrades, but the experience overall was quite great. The breakfast spread and quality was spot on and the location is absolutely beautiful with access to everything.

We stay in the north section, in room 21. The wall between the rooms was as thin as paper. We could hear talking and also hear phone notifications from the next room. The location was nice and the room was clean. But we would not stay here again, because of the noise.

Staff are fabulous especially Hugo so helpful We was on the far side but the buggy service is fabulous otherwise it’s quite a walk to the beach Negatives - only one toilet in operation in reception if your by the pool There’s a small pool over the other side but toilets are not pleasant and no other facilities available Drinks personally was expensive €6 for a beer !!!! go to the other bars only €3 and €10 for a chicken baguette !!! Needless to say we did not spend much in the hotel Breakfast was great a lot to choose from and fantastic views

El hotel está genial, muy cerca de la playa, tiene unas vistas preciosas al puerto deportivo, fuimos un grupo grande de amigos a pasar el fin de semana, quisiera resaltar el trato recibido por todo el staf pero en especial quisiera mencionar a LEVI MENDOÇA, maravillosa persona, amable, educado y divertido! Como ha dicho un amigo anteriormente, ojalá hubiera un Levi Mendoça en todos los hoteles! Muchas gracias por estos días Levi!

Hemos pasado 3 noches y 4 días. Fue un viaje con amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho.Si algo es destacable es LEVI MENDOÇA, un empleado de origen brasileño, amable, servicial, educado y profesional. Sinceramente ojalá todos los hoteles tuvieran un Levi en su equipo. El hará que recordemos el hotel con cariño y los momentos vividos en la piscina, en el desayuno, e incluso en el servicio de habitaciones con su servicio 10!!!Gracias

Excelente localização para uns dias de férias descansados. Local muito calmo e sossegado. Pequeno almoço e jantar em serviço de buffet com muita qualidade e diversidade. Piscina de água salgada com uma temperatura muito agradável. Só achei que faltavam alguns locais a mais com sombra uma vez que os existentes eram poucos. Aconselho 👌

Vende um serviço de hotel 4 estrelas mas afinal é um aparthotel. No entanto o staff é atencioso e disponível. Pequeno-almoço é bom. Só os apartamentos junto à recepção é que ficam bem localizados, junto à piscina, junto ao edifício do pequeno almoço, e afastados do barulho dos bares, restaurantes e discotecas da marina. Os restantes condomínios ficam bastante longe. Embora tenham buggies grátis para levar e trazer, a pessoa tem de esperar. Quem fica nas villas situadas nos extremos, por exemplo junto ao NoSoloAqua ouve música até às 3h da manhã. Apesar dos quartos serem até bastante insonorizados, não isolam por completo. Quem fica no outro extremo da marina, sente-se longe,abandonado pelo serviço e esquecido, e até parece que não pertence ao hotel. Inclusivamente, este último condomínio é estilo prédio americano, cujas entradas para os apartamentos são através de corredores em varandas exteriores, nada a ver comhotel 4 estrelas.

Hemos pasado cuatro días y han sido maravillosos. Amabilidad por parte de los empleados, limpieza en todas las instalaciónes, y tranquilidad absoluta para descansar mente y cuerpo. El desayuno una maravilla, en una terraza espectacular viendo pasar veleros. Recomendable al cien por cien, nosotros volveremos. Por cierto compre un par de quesos típicos de Portugal que se nos olvidaron en el frigorífico, seguro que nos los guardan para la próxima visita.... :)

It was amazing to stay at Hotel Tivoli! I traveled a lot but at Hotel Tivoli we found very, very helpful and friendly staff, true professionals! We had the rooms in the other side of the Port but there is a Buggy which comes to pick you up any time and for us was very nice, the guys which are driving the buggy are very friendly, polite, they really care to make you feel good, like you should feel in vacation 🥰 Free parking, great breakfast, amazing pool, clean hotel, professional &well trained employees! Many thanks especially to HUGO, he is one of the best employees you have there! Always smiling, wanting to help and serve, kind, proactive, takes good care of everyone :) Thank you Tivoli team for the great work! And for the “Saving the planet” initiative!

Los trabajadores no pueden ser más amables y serviciales; hacen que los días sean más agradables; el servicio gratuito que tienen de coche eléctrico para llevarte a la habitación es genial, a los niños les ha encantado!el desayuno es de mucha calidad, de mucha variedad y mucha cantidad; el apartamento estaba súper limpio; nos dejaron salir algo mas tarde sin pagar más. Great hotel and location. Had three pools, two of them are super private. Good drinks at the bar and decent breakfast selection. Bear in mind the hotel is spread over a large area so if you are located in one of the wings, the bar and breakfast is a little bit of a walk away

Muito barulhento: a construção permite ouvir tudo o que se passa nos corredores o que não permite o descanso. As cortinas deixam passar demasiada luz, o que também não permite descansar de manhã. A temperatura da água do banho tem constantes variações, o que causa surpresas durante este.

Pro: The room was warm when I arrived (nearly midnight!) as they left the heating on and the TV was programmed in my native language (German), although not necessary but a really nice gesture.The room was beyond clean, the bed huge and super comfy. The view from the room and balcony was fantastic, I love sailboats and loved the marina view.Con: No kettle in the room and you have to pay for the use of the coffee machine. The shower head could be bigger (it's actually quite small) and there could be a smart TV to watch Netflix.

Excelente recepção, de onde posso ressaltar o trabalho do Sr. Jorge em nos receber e garantir um mimo no meu dia de aniversário. Os quartos são agradáveis, com apenas um pequeno senão. O facto de não terem cortinas, apenas blackout, dá pouca privacidade aos quartos durante o dia. A comida esteve sempre muito boa, variada e apesar de o espaço de restaurante não ser muito grande, esteve sempre muito bem organizado. A localização é excelente. A repetir, com certeza.

Excelente experiência, muito boas condições de alojamento, e um staff sempre muito simpático e atencioso. Só um pequeno reparo em relação à "farda de trabalho" do staff, que em dias de calor parece desajustada, notando-se algum desconforto. Dada a região, acho que se adequa melhor uma indumentária mais informal, em vez de calças e camisa, talvez calções e pólo.

Buen apartahotel al lado de la Marina de Portimao y la playa de A Rocha. Dispone de kichenette, amplio salón, terraza, menaje de cocina y todo lo necesario. Incluye desayuno continental. Piscina grande aunque de solo 1,40 m de profundidad. Disponibilidad de un buggy para trasladarse por la urbanización, llamando a recepción, te vienen a recoger si lo deseas. Recomenable.

Excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful everytime we asked for recommendations/service. The swimming pool was great, very calm at this time of the year. The room is very quiet and very clean (cleaning service comes in everyday). And finally, the breakfast was of very good quality, with good products and a stunning view. I strongly recommend this hotel !

Razoavel estruturalmente (3.5). Quanto ao pessoal ... superior (4.5). Digamos que a estrutura do serviço (algum envelhecimento do empreendimento, distâncias entre restaurante, apartamentos, distância entre um bar eu um WC bem cheiroso (mas antigo) copos plásticos... sim claro para não se partirem. Poroutro lado uma equipa de funcionários excecionais a 15 de agosto: nos quartos, no bar e restaurante, no transporte no carrinho eléctrico, na receção...!

Ignore the terrible reviews. Convenience, location, staffs professionalism, view from room and restaurant, value for money, cleanliness, swimming pool, comfort all 10/10 will stay again here esp during high season where everything is overpriced in Algarve Room for improvement: - Room is outdated and need renovation - they need to do more on breakfast guidance, i didn‘t know that you can customize your egg order or that there is pancake until my last day. Before knowing this i thought the breakfast was mediocre at best. I only knew because i took a peek at other guest‘s table - ridiculously expensive bar/restaurant price for portugal

Well placed 4 star hotel for Portimão marina, Praia Da Rocha and a water taxi ride to Ferragudo (beach or town) Clean spacious rooms. We chose dockside which is ground floor and close to everything with a great view of the marina. Good sized sun deck...I would have loved a sun longer on the deck too. Super comfy bed in the room. Reception staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast included in the room rate was a pleasure and well organised. Ample choice of good. Pool area clean. The two guys worked really hard with service poolside. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. Very friendly staff. The only let down was room service which took over an hour to arrive having been told 25 mins and was missing part of the order when it arrived. I’d stay again.

Entering my room, was happy to find a bottle of water (picture attached), BUT the metal lid was already unscrewing itself when trying to open it, without the obvious sound and feel of a sealed one. I HAVE TO MENTION THAT OUR FRIENDS BOTTLE FROM THE OTHER ROOM WAS SEALED, BUT OURS NOT, COMPARING THEM BOTH, BEFORE GOING TO RECEPTION. This is absolutely unforgivable, especially during Covid-19. It was 1 AM, wasting time back to the reception, instead of having a well-deserved rest! After a couple of minutes, a second bottle was delivered to my room, meanwhile unpacking, thinking that everything is ok this time. NO, it wasn't OK, because EVEN THE SECOND BOTTLE WAS LIKE THE FIRST ONE, ALREADY OPENED AND UNSCREWED. I went AGAIN to reception and explained that I received a second bottle, but still opened and left it on their desk, going directly to my room, without requesting anything else, as the receptionist started shouting at the employee, so didn't want to take part in this small fiasco. I appeased in the end my thirst with TAP WATER as it was safer to drink from the sink. After 10 minutes, the room phone started to ring looong, TWICE, in the middle of the night!Not only in our room, but in our friend's room, disturbing them also, for no reason. In the morning, our friend's room 065 had a powerful smell of drain, which was present even with the balcony door fully opened. My friend went to reception and explained the situation, describing it as a "funny smell". The receptionist acted like he didn't know English, so he came back in the room disappointed by the approach but encouraged him insist. Only after a SECOND ATTEMPT, he was granted a replacement room. I also went to reception to explain what happened and the receptionist tried to convince me that all bottles are the same! When suggesting that I can bring a bottle from the other room that is sealed, to compare, I also requested to speak with the manager. I waited in the lobby, where he wanted apparently to have maybe a short conversation standing up, but I kindly offered him a seat to discuss the matter calmly, when it should have been exactly the other way around, as I'm the Guest! After hearing my situation, Mr.Fran could only apologize a few times. I asked him, how can we resolve this situation? Because it's now check-out time and as my friends are on their honeymoon, we want to book another night, despite the problems encountered. His astonishing answer was: "Why do you still want to stay at our hotel for another night, if you didn't like your stay? The answer from a hotel general manager! I answered that my friends like the location, so I'm somehow obligated to book another night. I had the impression he wouldn’t want us to stay there anymore, as maybe we caused him so much trouble from two unsealed bottles and he answered that unfortunately the hotel is fully booked, but if I really want to, he can check the availability for both rooms for an extra night. Obviously, I checked hotels app, where an extra night was available, not only for one room, but for two!Is this how you make your clients come back? Asked if a compensation can be provided for the stress and time wasted caused not only in the night, but also in the morning, only apologies were offered.

My partner and I stayed for a week late May early June. The room rate came with a buffet breakfast which was comprehensive from cooked breakfast, fresh fruits to pastries. The staff were most helpful especially when we had issues with our covid 19 testing prior to flying home. The rooms were equipped with some basic cooking and kitchen equipment, you would be a fool to try and use them with such wonderful restaurants in the area. We tried room service, and this toe was the only let down, we were told 25 minutes and it tool over an hour and the fsrlic bread was missing. The beds were very comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep.
