Went to stay the night in our camper but at 2 pm on Sunday afternoon no spots left.They wouldn't let us just stay there either.We had to walk quite a way to even ask to stay.We are fully self contained so we had to drive 45 minutes to somewhere we could boondock. Fui passar a noite na nossa caravana mas às 14h da tarde de domingo não sobraram vagas. Eles também não nos deixaram ficar lá. Tivemos que andar bastante para pedir para ficar. Somos totalmente independentes, então tivemos que dirigir 45 minutos para algum lugar onde pudéssemos boondock.

I had to change room, I spent two nights without having a heater, the unit was damaged, they promised me they were going to fix it after my first night, when I came back to the hotel, I found after hours that they didn't fix it, so they changed me to another room. Well then I had a neighbor that at 6 am the TV was with a high volume, and besides that, he was all the time having a discussion with the female, then at night his TV was on u til midnight,I complained at the front desk, but they just heated me and said they will speak to the guest, but no solution to the problem. Housekeeping never cleaned well the room, and every day at 8 am they knocked at our door for Housekeeping,I told them every day to avoid the knocking at my door, but they kept doing it.! Rooms need better maintenance. Tive que mudar de quarto, passei duas noites sem ter aquecedor, o aparelho estava danificado, prometeram-me que iam consertar depois da minha primeira noite, quando voltei para o hotel, descobri depois de horas que não t consertá-lo, então eles me mudaram para outro quarto. Pois então eu tinha um vizinho que as 6 da manhã a tv ficava no volume alto, e além disso ele ficava o tempo todo discutindo com a mulher, aí a noite a tv dele ficava ligada até meia noite, eu reclamei na frente mesa, mas eles apenas me aqueceram e disseram que falariam com o hóspede, mas sem solução para o problema. O serviço de limpeza nunca limpava bem o quarto, e todos os dias às 8 da manhã eles batiam na nossa porta para o serviço de limpeza, eu dizia a eles todos os dias para evitar bater na minha porta, mas eles continuaram batendo. Os quartos precisam de melhor manutenção.

La única comodidad que encontré en este hotel es que tiene cerca el casino. A quienes les guste jugar es una buena opción.

Great stay, EXTRA comfortable beds (and I mean it!! Possible the best bed I have tried in hotels), very clean and overall pretty good value for your money. Staff is super friendly. Ótima estadia, camas confortáveis EXTRA (e quero dizer isso! Possivelmente a melhor cama que experimentei em hotéis), muito limpo e em geral muito bom valor para o seu dinheiro. A equipe é super amigável.

They must run this hotel at cost or with subsidies from the Casino with the hopes that you'll spend some cash next door. The lobby and the room were impeccably clean, the place was quiet and peaceful, and it was priced at a great value. Only downside was the lack of breakfast - all things considered though, I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone (including families) looking for a nice, quiet, clean place to rest up. Eles devem administrar este hotel a preço de custo ou com subsídios do Cassino com a esperança de que você gaste algum dinheiro ao lado. O lobby e o quarto estavam impecavelmente limpos, o lugar era calmo e tranquilo, e tinha um preço excelente. A única desvantagem foi a falta de café da manhã - todas as coisas consideradas, eu definitivamente recomendo este hotel para quem (incluindo famílias) procurando um lugar agradável, tranquilo e limpo para descansar.

The place is a bit far from everything a tourist might want, the room is large, well presented and with fridge and microwave, large window but still basic. The service has been nice, welcoming and essential. In the end, this place is definitely good in terms of quality to price ratio and for those who look for a quick stop in a road trip as we were. For those who wish to spend more days in El paso, it might be annoying to drive everyday to downtown or even to find a place to eat (they do not even provide breakfast at all, just coffee, just like a motel!). Tudo correu bem, mas nada foi excepcional. O lugar fica um pouco longe de tudo que um turista pode querer, o quarto é grande, bem apresentado e com geladeira e microondas, janela grande mas ainda básico. O serviço tem sido bom, acolhedor e essencial. No final, este lugar é definitivamente bom em termos de relação qualidade / preço e para quem procura uma parada rápida em uma viagem como nós. Para quem deseja passar mais dias em El paso, pode ser chato dirigir todos os dias até o centro da cidade ou até mesmo encontrar um lugar para comer (eles não oferecem nem café da manhã, apenas café, igual a um motel!).

The casino is located next door and it had some dining options available for the customers. Our overall experience of this hotel casino was good, but we also noticed that they could use some updates to improve the overall comfort. O hotel era muito fácil de navegar com o uso de um dispositivo GPS ou mapas do Google, especialmente porque chegamos à noite. O cassino fica ao lado e tinha algumas opções de refeições disponíveis para os clientes. Nossa experiência geral neste cassino do hotel foi boa, mas também notamos que eles poderiam usar algumas atualizações para melhorar o conforto geral.

The good - This hotel is in a good location. Really close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The bad - The rooms need better cleaning. The pillow cases and sheets had plenty of what looks like old blood stains and mascara. Almost seems like the sheets weren't even replaced after the last person who had the room. Also found mold/mildew near the light fixture over the shower stall. I called the front desk and the guy said he would give me some pillow cases and sheets.Unfortunately they were short staffed and he couldn't have someone clean up/replace the sheets. O bom - Este hotel está em uma boa localização. Muito perto de muitos restaurantes e entretenimento. O ruim - Os quartos precisam de melhor limpeza. As fronhas e lençóis tinham muito do que parece ser manchas de sangue e rímel. Quase parece que os lençóis nem foram substituídos depois da última pessoa que teve o quarto. Também encontrado mofo/mofo perto da luminária sobre o chuveiro. Liguei para a recepção e o cara disse que me daria algumas fronhas e lençóis. Infelizmente, eles tinham poucos funcionários e ele não podia ter alguém para limpar/substituir os lençóis.
