“one word excellent , best hotel I stayed in Singapore. Food, services and cleanliness is top notch. Playcation family package is very entertaining for my whole family, especially for the kids. My kids enjoyed the Buds indoor playground and splash outdoor. However it would be good to be given an option to reserve the time slot during booking of the hotel, as when i check in the afternoon most time slots are full for the day. I would like to thank your management for upgrading my room for my anniversary celebration.”
