The experinces were more fun and fulfilling during the stay this time. My son enjoyed the pool and the swing so much, since the pool were not too crowded this time. The staffs were very accomodative as always.

Originally planned to stay for 1 night but extended my stay for total 4 nights. Upgraded my room to one bed room suite. Room was spacious with nice city view.Excellent hospitality, from doorman, reception, concierge have shown warmth to my family during our stay there. Enjoying most of my time in horizon lounge, outstanding service and food was also tasty.Breakfast in Satoo was okay, could hve been better for the taste esp nasi goreng etc, the taste was bland. However two thumbs up for pastries section, very good.Overall I enjoyed my time in Shangrila.

Para hotel internacional eles têm um bom serviço e instalações na minha expectativa. Primeiro para a entrada e saída do hotel bastante difícil, porque a entrada principal em uma rua de mão e as outras não entram na rua principal. E acho que atualizar o sinal para ir ao estacionamento, sair e até o lobby seria agradável se fosse fácil de ler à distânciaNa instalação do quarto, acho que eles precisam fornecer uma colher pequena para orientar nosso chá / café. E eu acho que eles deveriam atualizar a tecnologia de televisão para distribuir TV a cabo para todos os quartos com clareza e sem interferência em cada canal de transmissão, o que deixaria os hóspedes mais confortáveis.Instalações gerais, como piscina e pequeno parque aquático, podem ser boas para mimar seus filhos durante as fériasE para o café da manhã eles têm muitas opções de arroz frito a sushi. Bom gosto também

For international hotel they have a good service and facility in my expectation. First for hotel entrance and exit pretty difficult because main entrance in one way street and the others entrance not from main street. And i think upgrading sign for go to parking, exit, even to lobby would be pleasant if they easy to read from distancesIn the room facility i think they need provide small spoon for steer our tea / cofee. And i think they should upgrade television technology for distribute cable TV to all rooms with clear and no interference each channel broadcast, that would make guest more comfortable.Overall facility such as pool and small water park may good to have for pampering your children during vacationAnd for breakfast they have plenty options from fried rice to sushi. Nice taste too

Pros: Kids-friendly hotel, very good services, helpful and attention to detail staffs, good food.Cons: No Golden circle points generated from the dining. Ordered in-room dining and was told by the room service that payment must be made that time. When checking out, the receptionist informed that in order to earn Golden circle points, the in-room dining have to be charged together with the room bill.

The service was amazing, I was really happy with my stay during quarantine. I was even a little sad when my quarantine ended as I wouldn't have minded staying longer. The one suggestion would be to circulate the next day's quarantine menu or options in advance. I have some dietary restrictions so can't always eat everything on the planned menus. That said, whenever I called down to inquire about upcoming meals the staff were great at accommodating the changes I requested.

Quartos agradáveis e resposta rápida da arrumação se você e sua família precisarem de alguma coisa. Os funcionários são amigáveis e proativos nos restaurantes ao jantar. a piscina é grande e a vista é muito bonita, o jardim e a área de lazer são muito espaçosos, há um Aqua Playground especial para crianças, todo fim de semana há atividades infantis ao ar livre e pipoca gratuita para visitantes da piscina, para o bar da piscina há uma promoção compre 1 ganhe 1 grátis para bebidas alcoólicas todos os dias das 16h às 19h. a comida é deliciosa e o restaurante é completo a partir de buffet internacional, italiano, chinês, japonês, american bar, etc. para os quartos são muito limpos, confortáveis e espaçosos. a equipe também é muito simpática e profissional. A sua localização é muito próxima da rotunda HI e da estação MRT, adequada para quem quer passear pelo centro de Jacarta.

Eu estava em quarentena. Não pude aproveitar a piscina, restaurante etc. De qualquer forma, a equipe do hotel fez o melhor para me fazer sentir confortável. Sobre nutrição: a recepcionista perguntou cuidadosamente se eu tinha alergia e comunicou à cozinha. Eu não tive nenhum problema. As refeições eram boas e grandes porções. Funcionários gentis prontos para atender a qualquer desejo razoável.

Absolutamente lindo hotel em Jacarta. Os quartos são maravilhosos, elegantes com bom gosto e de tamanho generoso. Hotel super limpo. Cada detalhe foi pensado. O buffet de café-da-manhã é incrível e especialmente memorável por causa das boas-vindas que recebemos de Septi. Ela ainda teve tempo para nos ajudar com o idioma local e me mandou embora com um cartão com as palavras e frases importantes que eu possa precisar. Recomendo este hotel em Jacarta. Absolutely beautiful hotel in Jakarta. The rooms are wonderful, tastefully elegant and generous in size. Super clean hotel. Every detail has been thought of. The buffet breakfast is amazing and especially memorable because of The welcome we received from Septi. She even took time to help us with the local language and sent me away with a card with the important words and phrases I may need. Highly recommend this hotel in Jakarta. Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay so welcoming.

I was in quarantine. I couldn't enjoy the pool, restaurant etc. Anyway, the hotel staff did the best to make me feel comfortable. About nutrition: the receptionist inquired carefully if I had allergies and communicated to the kitchen. I didn't have any problem. The meals were good and big portions. Kind staff ready to fulfill any reasonable wish.

Great hotel with amazing facilities ( the gym is very big) and with a beautiful spacious pool . What makes the stay very special is the lovely hotel stuff: very attentive, friendly and helpful. Especially Ibu Septi, in the breakfast area, took a great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I'm staying here as a family, together with my wife and my baby (<1 year) and the prime reason we chose Shangri-La was because of their flexibility and willingness to accommodate all our requests for baby food. I think overall we had a really good quarantine stay and felt we were very well looked after.If there's anything to complain, maybe just the room in general is already due for a renovation. WiFi could also be faster especially since I still had to work. For casual browsing is enough but my work requires some bandwidth so maybe giving a premium WiFi option would also be ideal for professionals.Lastly the first several days there were miscommunication regarding meal plan. For example we had chosen 2 Asian menu for dinner, but we received 1 Asian and 1 Western. No complain about the taste but maybe in terms of organization it could be better. We had even created a table as reference but I think it wasn't until the 3rd or 4th day that all orders were 1:1 to what we requested. But this is not a deal breaker and I could feel that the staff tried hard to meet our requirements.

I've stayed here on a few occasions now and each stay has been great. To start with, the check in process is smooth and fast. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room itself is very nice, it's spacious and offers excellent views of the city itself. The fitness centre is great, a lot of equipment (both cardio and weights). It has a spacious layout, which makes it a great gym to workout in. The hotel also offers various SPA treatments, including access to the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All facilities are very modern and clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, a lot of options for all cultures. Taxis available outside of the hotel.

Horizon club is the best sanctuary for people to unwind and get recharge. The friendly and helpful staff are making you feel coming home and being greet by your old childhood friends. Feeling safe and secured also well taken care of. The arty and scrumptious meals offered at the club not just indulging your eyes but also pampering your tummy. Love love love. We were in quarantine after coming from overseas. We would like to express our appreciation to the COOKS who really, really tried to offer variety and quality and I'm sure it wasn't easy! Only a few suggestions on the food—although it was already very good..... —some garlic powder or fresh garlic cooked in all the omelettes and eggs dishes for breakfast would be really good—they were quite plain. —all the breads/rolls/etc were EXCELLENT —the melon was almost always not ripe, sorry —maybe quarantine residents could be given a choice of soda or juice? (We don't drink sodas of any kind, so came home with a stash of so many to give away!) —I don't eat beef and mentioned that when registering, but was served it many times anyway. It was OK because my husband eats beef and we just shared the 1 Western 1 Asian between us, each eating what we liked, but thought you should know Again, we would like to SALUTE the chefs as they really did an impressive job of variety over the 3 meals a day x 8 days. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and the food ALWAYS on time! The bed was super comfortable, the cover and pillows very comfy, the AC worked well, bathroom was fantastic.

Just finished 8 days of quarantine here & loved it. 👍🏼The rooms were big, super clean & comfy, with a nice view of the city. 👍🏼The food was pretty good and they were happy to accommodate different dietary needs. 👍🏼 Originally they gave us 20 plastic water bottles a day but we changed it for a glass jug of water that they refilled each meal (less trash). 👍🏼 staff was so friendly & helpful 👍🏼 they even brought us fresh flowers for the room! Which meant a lot during quarantine. If we quarantine again, it will definitely be here! 💞

Good hotel. Although only one downside, despite the new normal condition. Why there are no butter for the bread? Perhaps Shangri-la should provide butter in an individual packed. Some people love to eat their bread with the jam but for some they like to eat their bread with butter. Other than that, nothing to be complained, everything is perfectly excellent. To bad only short staycation.
