“Soy huésped en él por ocho noches, faltan dos noches y quedan seis, y mi reserva no es reembolsable, de lo contrario hubiera estado fuera de él durante mucho tiempo por lo siguiente: - Personal de recepción con nula experiencia y poco conocimiento del trato con los huéspedes, sin anhelar nombres extraños, francamente, incluso los apartamentos amueblados tienen su nombre adjunto. - La limpieza es aceptable, pero el observador, si no le pides que venga a limpiar, olvida, no viene a limpiar las habitaciones hasta que el huésped se va o le pides, le pones un papel en la puerta , sino no pones vida por quien llames, jaja. - Si enciende el aire acondicionado, sale un sonido molesto del costado de la puerta de la habitación, y la desgracia es que incluso cuando está parado afuera de la puerta de la habitación, escucha el sonido. - El ascensor del salón, la piscina y el gimnasio ha estado cerrado durante una semana, y hasta ahora se ha averiado. Tome un ascensor hasta el noveno piso y luego suba las escaleras de emergencia. - Se requiere la tarjeta de la habitación todos los días para pasar, hable con la tarjeta, y cuando le dije por qué no la programa durante la estadía porque la situación es cansada y vieja, acudo a usted todos los días para programar la tarjeta. diciendo que todos los invitados son así hhhhhhhhhh seguro que todos son así porque tu programa es viejo??!!.. - El director del hotel está de baja, según declaración del personal de recepción Ok, después de él, o en su nombre, en estado de silencio, no hay respuesta. No recomiendo mucho el hotel, y esta es mi última experiencia personal, si tuviera menos de una estrella se la daría, pero el sitio no la acepta 🤓”

“We enjoyed our stay in Novotel. However, we were expecting to have some access in other facilities like the sauna and the gym, but those are not accessible to all customers. Nonetheless, the service was great and the staff are accommodating and attentive to our requests.The breakfast buffet was great too! Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Novotel. Sin embargo, esperábamos tener acceso a otras instalaciones como la sauna y el gimnasio, pero no todos los clientes pueden acceder a ellas. No obstante, el servicio fue excelente y el personal es servicial y atento a nuestras solicitudes.El buffet de desayuno también era genial!”
