“I had a great time. Right in the center of West Hollywood. The location is fantastic. The price is not bad. My room was very clean and modern. I had a spectacular view of the hills and DTLA. The restaurant is undergoing renovation but the room service is available. I ordered breakfast . It was fairly good but it took much longer to get it than they told me. Otherwise everything went well. I will return.”

“Front desk staff are not polite, in fact very rude and dismissive upon check in and check out. Cocktails at the pool were disgusting, gave a few different cocktails a go but all of them were terrible. Don’t waste your time or money there when there are plenty of good bars around. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee, coffee cups or creamer, shampoo or body wash. Nor did they take the trash out. I checked in to a room that hadn’t been vacuumed, collected dust and hair on the bottoms of our feet and the bed sheets had a short curly hair in them (gross). Hallways and doors are in need of a renovation. The best part: The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable. All in all a very disappointing experience for the price and apparent reputation.
