“This hotel is a disappointing shell of its former self. This is my third (and last) visit since the transition away from intercontinental. The service (especially at the front desk) has declined considerably. The restaurant and bar are often closed, and each room service order has been incorrect. They even swapped the irons for cheaper ones that don’t use water. Stay elsewhere, I know I will.”

Have private attached gym, pool, sauna and steam room..
Room service need improvement since some day room cleaning was nt done and when I call ask why they said some issues and duty of cleaning finished!!”
