“Em primeiro lugar a simpática dos colaboradores. Sempre de sorriso no rosto e extremamente afáveis. Alimentação top, variada e muito bem confeccionada. Quanto à limpeza,5 estrelas nas diversas valências. A equipa Fan é estupenda... Não poderia terminar a minha crítica sem enaltecer o seu concierge André.A este um abraço especial e obrigado pois em parte o sucesso destas férias se devem ao enorme profissionalismo deste jovem.”

“Staff fantastic and helpful, food was very good and a great choice. Being 'all inclusive', I was pleasantly surprised that the choice of drinks (beers and spirits) was quality branded names, not the 'local' stuff that some hotels offer. The only reason I haven't given 5-stars is because I never saw anyone cleaning the pools or checking the water, and the children's playground/sandpit was definitely not cleaned up or cleared of children's buckets and spades. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.”
