“Rip off alert!!! They charge $14 a night to park in their Non-valet, no parking garage, unsecure, SELF PARK LOT. what a joke! What service am I receiving for $14? Oh wait, NOTHING. This is a poor excuse for a money making scheme. At least make me feel like I am actually receiving something. Also, The mattress is comfortable, but the sheets are not soft and are hot. While they have tried to make the place nice, they are lacking in so many areas. I guess put that $14/night per car parking fee to good use and upgrade the sheets.
After reading other reviews, it seems like they arbitrarily change the amount they charge for parking. Ranges from $10 to $15. Not sure what is up with that other than it is a bogus charge.
Also, pretty sure our room was haunted. At 3am the speaker phone just turned on and we heard a loud dial tone and then it went off.”

“I’ve stayed here many times in the past. This was our first trip stating there in 3 years and it has gone WAY downhill. The room was hot. The a/c was set at 70 and the room stayed at 75. Woke up sweaty. The elevator situation is terrible as well. We spent at least an hour total in our one night visit waiting on elevators. There were also a lot of signs that maintenance wasn’t being kept up. The hallways smelled musty and were hot, there were broken lights in the elevator, and the in room fridge didn’t work. We put 3 bottles of water in there and the next day they were room temp. The property is nice and great location but I probably won’t stay there ever again”
