Não se hospedam neste hotel, administração muito péssima, têm percevejos no 6º andar, não têm boas donas de casa que realmente ocupam o tempo de limpar o quarto, o dono está com fome de dinheiro e não quer consertar nada, eles não têm câmeras, então, se alguém mentir sobre você, eles vão com a história que escolheram, uma péssima companhia desorganizada. Não recomendaria ficar aqui

Staff was really friendly and helpful, entire place was very clean, and the room was an amazing value using rewards points. Also, the coffee at breakfast was memorably great.

Dont stay at this hotel , very very bad management, they have bedbugs on the 6th floor , they dont have good housekeepers who actually take out the time to clean the room , the owner is money hungry and dont wanna get nothing fixed , they dont have cameras so if somebody lie on you they gone go with the story they pick to go with , very very very bad unorganized company . Would not recommend staying here

O serviço foi de 5 estrelas, Brandon na recepção salvou a nossa estadia e foi tão profissional e hospitaleiro. Mas o hotel é bastante antigo, mofado, e nosso primeiro quarto cheirava um pouco de fumaça. Amo o Hyatt e tentaria outro local na próxima vez até que eles renovassem.

O serviço na recepção para o check-in foi fácil e todos foram simpáticos. Denise se encarregava do café da manhã diário. Ela sempre foi feliz e fez com que o dia começasse de forma agradável para todos. A piscina é de um tamanho grande. Minha família gostava de nadar todos os dias. AC e pressão da água foram excelentes. Nosso show foi cancelado, mas pudemos aproveitar a estadia e a cidade.

El servicio en la recepción para el check in fue fácil y todos fueron amables. Denise estaba a cargo del desayuno diario. Ella siempre estaba feliz y se aseguró de que el día comenzara de manera agradable para todos. La piscina es de gran tamaño. Mi familia disfrutaba nadando todos los días. El aire acondicionado y la presión del agua eran excelentes. Nuestro concierto fue cancelado pero pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia y de la ciudad.

El servicio era de 5 estrellas, Brandon en la recepción nos salvó la estancia y fue muy profesional y hospitalario. Pero el hotel está bastante anticuado, huele a humedad, y nuestra primera habitación olía un poco a humo. Me encanta Hyatt y probaría otra ubicación la próxima vez hasta que lo renueven.

Service was 5-stars, Brandon at the front desk saved our stay and was so professional and hospitable. But the hotel is quite dated, musty, and our first room smelled quite a bit of smoke. Love Hyatt and would try for another location next time until they renovate.

Service at the front desk for check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Denise was in charge of the daily breakfast. She was always happy and made sure the day began pleasantly for everyone. The pool is a great size. My family enjoyed swimming everyday. AC and water pressure were excellent. Our concert was cancelled but we were able to enjoy our stay and the city.

É um local excelente e muito confortável. Eles também oferecem uma seleção verdadeiramente deliciosa de buffet de café da manhã. Eu não dei cinco estrelas porque esse é o máximo que eu tenho que guardar para os hotéis radicais, mas este é um lugar bom e confortável. E o quarto é composto por uma área de quarto e uma área de estar da sala de estar e uma pequena área de escrivaninha, todas juntas. Bastante confortável e espaçoso espaço para apenas um quarto de hotel.

Es un lugar excelente y muy cómodo. También te ofrecen un desayuno buffet verdaderamente delicioso. No le di cinco estrellas porque eso es lo máximo que tengo para ahorrar eso para los hoteles extremos, pero este es un buen lugar cómodo. Y la habitación está compuesta por un área de dormitorio y la sala de estar y la pequeña área de escritorio, todos juntos. Habitación bastante cómoda y espaciosa para una habitación de hotel.

It's an excellent and very comfortable place. Also they give you a truly delicious Buffet selection breakfast. I didn't give it five stars because that's the maximum I have to save that for the extreme hotels but this is a fine Place comfortable. And the room is composed of both a bedroom area and the living room sitting area and the little desk area all together. Quite comfortable and spaces room for just a hotel room.

We checked in around 11:40 pm. Hotel was very busy with check-ins, yet only one person working. Our room smelled like stale smoke. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk said they would check another room and make sure it was satisfactory. I ended up going down to the desk because it was so late. Our 2nd room was super hot and the A/C was very loud. There was a roach on the headboard. I didn’t sleep all night. Will NEVER stay here again.
