Os quartos são um pouco datados. Vários azulejos do banheiro rachados. Os quartos são limpos com um pequeno frigorífico e micro. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas. Varias baldosas del baño rotas. Por lo demás, las habitaciones están limpias con una nevera pequeña y un microondas. Personal amable y servicial. Rooms are a bit dated. Several cracked bathroom floor tiles. Rooms otherwise clean with a small fridge and micro. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice light breakfast with plenty of seating. Good for an overnight stay. Desolate area adjacent to a Home Depot and gas station. Very few restaurants in area. Only an Outback within walking distance.

Sala de ginástica tem três máquinas e algumas bolas medicinais. Quarto era limpo e confortável. Os lençóis não são os meus favoritos. Pequeno-almoço quente disponível que era muito bom. Ficaria aqui novamente, mas não meu para Cheyenne.

Nice, hotel de qualidade com quartos amplos. Uma equipe muito simpática, camas muito confortáveis e roupas de cama bastante excepcionais, ótima piscina, grande café da manhã continental com todos os fundamentos. Algumas pequenas coisas a serem observadas ... Chuveiros eram apenas mornos para todos nós 4, sem flutuação, apenas mornos. (Nós não perguntamos à equipe sobre isso, mas eles pareciam bastante atenciosos, então eles poderiam ter acomodado se tivéssemos pedido.) E o queijo nas omeletes do café da manhã era realmente algum tipo de molho de queijo, definitivamente não é ótimo (mesmo para crianças que gravitam em direção comida de criança.) O resto do café da manhã era bom, bem típico. *Atualização-ficamos aqui novamente uma semana depois e a temperatura da água era agradável e quente. Além disso, à meia-noite, perguntei se eles tinham algum chocolate quente e eles ofereceram um pouco da máquina de chocolate quente do café da manhã. Meus filhos ficaram encantados!! I was surprisingly quite impressed with this hotel, I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I was not familiar with this brand of Best Western. My company had picked out the hotel for me. While the hotel and said that they had semi truck parking I'm not sure exactly that I will park my semi here I was not comfortable with their lot it was very challenging to get my semi through their lot so I ended up parking at the truck stop two blocks away and walking in however the receptionist once I was here informed me that I could have parked at the Home Depot next door even though the Home Depot has sign saying no truck parking apparently the hotel has an agreement with the Home Depot to allow trucks to park there. The hotel itself is nice it is under renovation so I assume it's going to be even nicer eventually. Wendy the night auditor who checked me in was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and helpful I greatly enjoyed dealing with her. This hotel had probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had it was just a delight and a surprise. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable the room was incredibly clean I have no complaints I would be happy to stay here again. If your company uses CLC they do take CLC

Bonito hotel de calidad con habitaciones grandes. Personal muy amable, camas muy cómodas y ropa de cama bastante excepcional, bonita piscina, gran desayuno continental con todo lo básico. Un par de pequeñas cosas a tener en cuenta... Las duchas eran tibias para los 4, sin fluctuaciones, simplemente tibias. (No le preguntamos al personal al respecto, pero parecían bastante atentos, por lo que podrían haberse acomodado si se lo hubiéramos pedido). Y el queso en las tortillas del desayuno era en realidad una especie de salsa de queso, definitivamente no muy buena (incluso comida para niños.) El resto del desayuno era bueno, bastante típico. * Actualización: nos alojamos aquí nuevamente una semana después y la temperatura del agua era agradable y caliente. Además, a la medianoche, les pregunté si tenían chocolate caliente y me ofrecieron un poco de chocolate caliente para el desayuno. Mis hijos quedaron encantados!! Work out room has three machines and some medicine balls. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed sheets are not my favorite. Hot breakfast available that was pretty good. Would stay here again, but not my go to for Cheyenne.

Nice, quality hotel with large rooms. Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds and pretty exceptional bedding, nice pool, large continental breakfast with all the basics. A couple small things to note... Showers were only lukewarm for all 4 of us, no fluctuation at all, just lukewarm. (We didn't ask the staff about it but they seemed pretty attentive so they might have accommodated had we asked.) And the cheese on the breakfast omelets was actually some kind of cheese sauce, definitely not great (even for kids who gravitate toward kid food.) The rest of the breakfast was good, pretty typical. *Update-we stayed here again one week later and the water temp was nice and hot. Also, at midnight, I asked if they had any hot chocolate and they offered some from their breakfast hot chocolate maker. My kids were thrilled!! Please like if this review was helpful.

Melhor hotel em que fiquei de longe em Cheyenne, estou aqui há anos e provavelmente amo este lugar ainda mais quando a reforma acontecer! Eu vi o trabalho da recepção aqui ir além para ajudar a mim e a outros hóspedes. O pequeno-almoço quente sempre foi o meu favorito, a piscina é enorme, o que é bom quando este lugar está ocupado. Eu sempre recomendo este lugar para meus amigos viajantes. Mantenha o bom trabalho!

O hotel mais antigo era limpo, confortável e bem conservado. A equipe foi simpática, prestativa e atenciosa. 100% em ambos!! Café-da-manhã foi um típico continental quente, mas eles tinham um trabalhador dedicado a essa área que era incrivelmente eficiente. Isso deve ser suficiente para 5 estrelas... mas... reservamos um quarto acessível por causa de problemas de mobilidade. O que conseguimos foi um quarto com luz na porta para deficientes auditivos e uma barra de apoio no chuveiro. O vaso sanitário era bastante baixo e não havia nada em que se agarrar para subir e descer. Minha mãe teve que usar seu andador para tentar se virar. Nós estávamos lá apenas uma noite e já estávamos acomodados quando percebemos o problema; caso contrário, teríamos pedido um quarto diferente. Por mais acolhedores que fossem, tenho certeza de que teriam nos ajudado.

Best hotel I've stayed at by far in Cheyenne, I've been staying here for years now and ill probably love this place even more once the remodel happens! Ive seen the front desk works here go above and beyond to help myself and other guests. The hot breakfast has always been my favorite, the swimming pool is huge which is nice when this place is busy. I always recommend this spot to my traveling friends. Keep up the good work!

El hotel antiguo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien mantenido. El personal fue amable, servicial y atento. 100% en ambos!! El desayuno era un continental caliente típico, pero tenían un trabajador dedicado a esa área que era increíblemente eficiente. Eso debería ser suficiente para 5 estrellas... pero... reservamos una habitación accesible por problemas de movilidad. Lo que obtuvimos fue una habitación con una luz en la puerta para personas con discapacidad auditiva y una barra de apoyo en la ducha. El inodoro era bastante bajo y no había nada a lo que agarrarse para subir y bajar. Mi mamá tuvo que usar su andador para tratar de arreglárselas. Solo estuvimos allí una noche y ya nos habíamos instalado cuando nos dimos cuenta del problema; de lo contrario, habríamos pedido una habitación diferente. Tan complacientes como fueron, estoy seguro de que nos habrían ayudado.

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Cheyenne, me he estado alojando aquí durante años y probablemente me encantará este lugar aún más una vez que ocurra la remodelación. He visto que el trabajo de la recepción aquí hace todo lo posible para ayudarme a mí y a otros huéspedes. Older hotel was clean comfortable, and well- maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful and caring. 100% on both of those!! Breakfast was a typical hot continental, but they had a worker dedicated to that area who was incredibly efficient. That should be enough for 5 stars... but... we reserved an accessible room because of mobility issues. What we got was a room with a light at the door for the hearing impaired and one grab bar in the shower. The toilet was quite low and there was nothing to grab onto to get up and down. My mom had to use her walker to try to make do. We were only there one night and had already settled in when we realized the problem; otherwise, we would have asked for a different room. As accommodating as they were, I'm sure they would have helped us out.

É um hotel muito bom. O quarto estava limpo. Havia toalhas bonitas, macias e fofas. Havia uma cafeteira. Demorou um pouco para a água esquentar no chuveiro, mas quando o fez, estava quente. A cama era confortável. Houve café da manhã. Eles tinham uma boa seleção. Tudo estava quente e fresco. Estava bem conservado. A equipe teve uma ótima atitude. Eu os recomendaria e definitivamente ficarei lá novamente no futuro.

Es un hotel realmente agradable. La habitación estaba limpia. Había toallas bonitas, suaves y esponjosas. Había una cafetera. El agua de la ducha tardó un poco en calentarse, pero cuando lo hizo, estaba caliente. La cama era cómoda. Hubo desayuno en la mañana. Tenían una buena selección. Todo estaba caliente y fresco. Estaba bien mantenido. El personal tenía una gran actitud. Los recomendaría y definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo en el futuro.

It is a really nice hotel . The room was clean . There were nice, soft , fluffy towels . There was a coffee maker. It took a while for the water to heat up in the shower but when it did it was hot . The bed was comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning. They had a good selection. Everything was hot and fresh. It was well maintained. The staff had a great attitude. I would recommend them and definitely stay there again in the future.

Eu amo esse hotel! de longe uma das melhores experiências que já tive em um hotel. Você obtém exatamente o que pagou e muito mais! I love this hotel! by far one of the best experiences I've ever had a hotel. You get exactly what you pay for and more! From the front desk staff, breakfast host, house keeping and maintenance team they ALL wore a smile and were willing to help with whatever I needed! These people truly do care for their guests! I will definitely be coming back.
