“Location was perfect. Chose this hotel because they had an adjacent garage for a self parking option. Hotel parking rates in San Francisco are outrageous so it was nice to have this option.”

“Highly disappointed: Complete waste of 20k Hyatt Points.. couldn’t wait to post this in the morning so I am posting now while I’m still here. Never have had a bad experience at any Hyatt property until this one. As a globalist I have had my fair share in Hyatt properties and was exited as I have not stayed at the “Grand” brand until tonight. This property is definitely the not so Grand - Grand Hyatt.
Location is great if you are visiting the city, we were driving through and thought we would treat ourselves to a “nicer” property. We Should’ve just stayed at a lower category hotel as they are nicer than this one. At least The view is good from the 31st floor.
Although they cannot control the absolute craziness outside this property, they can definitely control the cleanliness of the hotel. Dried puke in the hallway outside our door. Room smelt musty, eventually went away after running the ac for a while. Room just did not feel clean due to that smell. Hotel lobby is nice but is deceiving, cause everything else is very outdated. Wallpaper In the room is peeling in multiple spots, drywall repairs all over the hallway that aren’t even painted and aren’t done right. I had way higher expectations.
I’m sure you can read all the other bad and negative reviews and some of them I can agree with and there are some good reviews I can agree with also. This is just my experience. But I would recommend staying at another hotel unless the location suits your needs.
Overall just highly disappointed with this property and wish I would have chosen anything else and not waste 20k points on this below average motel 6 quality room.
