“The resort and amenities were great and the rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and private balconies. The lunch and dinner from the buffet were delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The beach is perfect for everyone, and the service and complementary drinks at the "lobby bar" were more than perfect.
My only issues were with the AC in the room because it never got cold enough, and they also need to add more varied night entertainment. Also, it would be great if they had wifi throughout the entire property, not just in the areas close to the reception. Overall a great experience. Will definitely come back.”

“Final review: First week was okay and customer service including security guards excellent. On the second week, they shifted security guys and they were so rude.
The bad:
1- Wifi unstable.
2- No parking inside and transportation inside the hotel sucks. Trust me! If you have a toddler or if you are handicapped go to a smaller hotel or be ready to walk more than 2 miles per day because they don’t have enough transportation and they stop transferring people inside the hotel after 11pm.
3- Mini fridge doesn’t keep things cool.
4- I have 2 bulbs that never worked. Even after they came to fix them.
The good:
The best things here are food, restaurants, all the people working at the restaurants, and some educated security guys we met.
The only reason I would comeback is to visit the restaurants, not to stay.”
