“Just ok. Upon check in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping. I answered yes. When I can back to my room the following night housekeeping never came. I asked the gal at the front desk about it and she said I was on the schedule for the following day. Fine. So the next morning on my way out I asked again to make sure I was getting housekeeping that day. A different girl stayed no, I was not in the schedule for cleaning. I asked to be added considering I have been asking since check in and she said no i could only get towels. Are you kidding? Aside from the lack of customer service, the room was not that clean when I checked in and it felt like there was moisture in the room. It’s a really dated hotel. The pool Is meh. Don’t get fooled by all the nice pictures… it’s not that nice!”

“It was an up and down experience. The bed was not made when I checked in to my room. I was laying down about 8pm and a staff member just opened my door and entered until I screamed to get out. I told front desk. She stated she would call me back. She never did. In morning there was no hot water. Not ever luke warm. I told morning staff about entire stay and I was offered a few points to be put on my Marriott account. Wasn't the best experience. 😕”
