“Very helpful and accommodating staff! The rooms are a bit dated but they do have great views and the location allows you to stay indoors while utilizing Copley Place and its nearby stores/restaurants. Rating this 3 stars because the hotel waited until check-in to notify guests that water will be shut off from 10AM-3PM due to construction on some of their floors.”
