“We were only there for one night.The first room they gave us, first the door wouldn't open and when we finally got in, the AC was broken but they were very nice about moving us to another room right away.The room was clean so no complaints there.The beds were comfortable.The only issues we had were that the toilet paper hadn't been replenished and also the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor to get ice. We called about the toilet paper and they sent someone right away and the ice wasn't a biggie as we were only there for one night.As for breakfast, they do have a good spread.I was quite surprised.They had hot food and breads and cereal. You just have to get up early.When we were leaving later that morning,all the food was already gone except for some apples and oranges. The location of this hotel is great if you are visiting Universal as it's right down the street. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Orlando.”

“Very comfortable, it's obviously not a super fancy place but for the price you can't beat it. Everything was clean and safe and that's really what I was looking for. Only reason this is not 5 stars is I was told masks needed to be worn inside at all times other than your room obviously. But during breakfast a bunch of people were at the breakfast bar with no mask. luckily I was up early and everyone with no mask was coming in when I was finishing up but if I had not eaten yet I would've gone without breakfast.”
