“Had to stay here for a night on a work trip. The room was clean and bed was decent. Other than that, everything else was bad. Mainly the obnoxious guests that were yelling and smoking at all hours of the night outside my room. They even came down to breakfast the next morning and almost had a fight in the breakfast area. Trash everywhere out in the parking lot and the gym had basically no equipment.
I would be embarrassed if I was the hotel owner.”
