“Não merece nem a estrela nem o meu dinheiro suado. Toda a minha estadia não foi nada além de assédio e desgosto por parte da gestão. Nunca, uma vez, meu quarto foi limpo pela arrumação, mesmo quando eu pedi a eles, mas ainda assim nunca fiz isso uma vez por semana que eles me disseram que eu precisava solicitar. Eu tive que trocar minhas próprias roupas e toalhas e coisas de cozinha. Eu também tive que lavar as coisas porque nem sempre me davam as coisas. Tentei recuperar meu dinheiro do banco, eles disseram que eu tinha que passar por eles. Sua linha de atendimento ao cliente também não é útil. Eles não precisaram falar com a gerência sobre minha reclamação e poderiam ter me devolvido meu dinheiro por causa do desrespeito e do serviço nojento que recebi lá. Eu me sinto mal para as senhoras da recepção que eles têm que lidar com gerentes horríveis. Eles nunca deveriam ter recebido meu dinheiro. Eu deveria ter ido e ficado no Extended Stay, onde eles têm quartos maiores e cozinhas melhores e um serviço melhor.”

“Doesn't even deserve the star nor my hard earned money. My whole entire stay was nothing but harassment and disgust by management. Never once we my room cleaned by housekeeping even when I asked them for it but still never did it the once a wk that they told me I needed to request for. I had to change my own lines and towels and kitchen stuff I also had to wash the stuff because I wasn't always given the stuff. Tried to get my money back from the bank they said I had to go through them. Their customer service line isn't helpful either. They didn't need to talk to management about my claim and they could've given me back my money because of the disrespect and disgusting service that I received there. I feel bad for the front desk ladies that they have to deal with horrible managers. They should never had gotten my money. I should've gone and stayed at Extended Stay where they have bigger rooms and better kitchens and better service.”
