“I think the hotel is overrated, it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars, there was no hot water for two days, no tissue in the room, small toothpaste (that can't be used for more than 1 day), room service is quite bad (no one gets our bags up, once the reception called us and asked us to bring them the extra entry room card as they gave us accidentally a wrong one)Positive things: - they offer transportation to "Termini" (main station) for 5 Euros (one way) every 1 hour almost. - They clean the room every morning”
