“My partner & I love staying here, we stay very often & wouldn't stay anywhere else.
The customer service & warm welcomes are always a favourite, we bring our dog here every time we stay and he loves the gift bag with the tennis balls.
The rooms are so big & accommodating for all that we need.
If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would.”

“I would love to give this 5 stars. I went for a High Tea to celebrate the welcoming of a lovely woman into my family today. The Langham is a beautiful hotel filled with exquisite people, both guests and staff. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful, impeccable in presentation, and the Hotel itself is truly dreamy.
The only reason I can't give a perfect score is there seemed to be a bit of communication problems among the service staff during our meal. The issues were things as simple as remembering to take our order for the hot tea we wanted and bringing out the no nuts platter in a timely fashion with the rest of the food, which we did mention when booking. I felt that they were maybe testing a new set of staff, which may well have been the case, and I wouldn't let it put me off trying it a second time. The food was good, environment spectacular, and I loved the unique addition of the dried smoked kangaroo with watermelon! It was a truly inspired little addition to a traditional High Tea.”
