Came here about two years ago, location is fantastic right in the heart of town, you can even go into the hotel without getting out of the train station. Room is decent size. Reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is because the gentleman who checked us in were very serious, he didn’t make any eye contact with me and when I asked him questions he just directed me to concierge… worked in hotel industry myself being at the desk, face of a five star hotel you would need to have a personality… other than that I am looking to return sometime this year. It’s all about location location location.

Great location! Practically it's in the centre of everywhere. The check-in staff was extremely kind with a good sense of humour. I'll definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to Osaka.

The hotel can be difficult to locate since it's in the upper floors and there are many ways to go there from Nankai train station. Other than that it's an excellent hotel. The food is good. The room is spacious for a Japanese hotel. The complimentary water uses glass bottle which is better than plastic bottles. The hotel is above a train station so travelling to Kyoto is possible. Overall an excellent experience

Very good location, we checkin with china worker, meet some Indonesian waiter and waitress, nevertheless with latino waitress. The staff here comes from a lot of places. Room with big, because of our platinum status one of our room was upgraded to Junior Suite. Lobby was big, breakfast was in various type including western, there was different special food everyday in the top floor with amazing views, be sure to pick the table on the left side window upon entry to prevent direct shine by sunlight

Very nice and clean hotel. Most certainly very strategic location with train station, restaurants and shops just under the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helped us a lot during the process of finding ticket to nintendo world USJ. Thank you so much!

✨ Máximo ✨ Eu vou lá com frequência há 20 anos. Mais leve para 50 noites ou mais. Quartos executivos em andares especiais, andares superiores com club lounges e fitness disponível durante a sua estadia. Outros hotéis de classe equivalente não são acessíveis, mas o aumento de preços ainda é melhor do que no passado. É um hotel de sonho que quero visitar muitas vezes.

Embora esteja em uma boa localização, é muito problemático sair do hotel. É necessário fazer transferência para escadas rolantes e elevadores. Pessoas sem senso de direção podem não conseguir chegar ao hotel.O quarto não está bem limpo. As manchas no sofá e os pedaços de confeitaria que pareciam ser pop haviam caído.Os chuveiros são difíceis de entender. Como não há notação, você não pode entender a menos que realmente toque nela. Devido à partição de vidro semiacabada, é difícil colocar uma rolha de borracha.A vista noturna é perfeita nos andares superiores. Os funcionários estrangeiros foram simpáticos e agradáveis. (Quero dizer, existem poucos japoneses)Não posso fazer comentários muito detalhados porque foi apenas uma noite, Acho que houve muitos pontos em que me senti incomodado e insatisfeito.

love the location!!! just above Nankai Namba st.!! Easy access to trains for Kansai airport. Free gym service is great too!! Most of all, awesome view!

We had similar experiences to others noted below in respect of the hotel’s poor customer experience during the covid pandemic. We couldn’t travel for our stay in October 2020 due to travel restrictions between UK/Japan and tried to sort this with the hotel in advance of our stay, only for the hotel to charge us a 100% no show penalty - we lost over £200 on a one night stay. Avoid, unless you are sure you can stay during covid, as they won’t be at all helpful in rearranging your stay. Other hotels we booked in Japan were very understanding. BEWARE!
