Um ótimo hotel. Eu voltaria a me hospedar nele. Eu fui em maio, e dormi com a janela ligeiramente aberta. Em épocas mais quentes talvez seja difícil, já que não há ar-condicionado. A limpeza é boa e os serviços também são bons.Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.O café da manhã é satisfatório, embora não varie muito. A localização do hotel é muito boa, dá para ir caminhando até a praça de armas com tranquilidade...

Mi experiencia fue muy buena! Los de recepción fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a apoyar en lo que necesites. Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenas. Tenían todo lo necesario para una agradable estadía. El desayuno me pareció bueno , me hubiera gustado mayor variedad pero en general bastante bien. La ubicación céntrica , está cerca a la plaza de armas como para caminar y explorar la ciudad tranquilo. Lo que si no me percaté es que si había calentador en la habitación , en su momento no fue necesario y sentí la habitación muy hermética.

Very attentive staff from check in until check out. Porter escorted with your luggages. Breakfast was good and room is very clean. Hotel is super centrally located on Ave de Sol and only 3 min. Walk to Plaza de Arma. Very informative regarding restaurants, sightseeing and etc. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean hotel withfriendly staff. Very good breakfast, extensive selection of foods, even picky eaters can find something to eat. Coca tea is always available. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, even being in a room facing the street.

Reasonably priced, nice complimentary breakfast, HOT water with great water pressure. The staff was friendly, limited English, but more than enough to communicate. The beds are quite firm and for a light sleeper, sound carries, so it could likely make it hard to sleep. The hotel could easily handle the sound issue by providing complimentary ear plugs to its guests. Great location just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Overall, a great stay. Hot water is such a luxury here, this made it worth the price alone.

Great for location and basic needs. Wide variety for complimentary contenintal breakfast. Cons: can be noisy since on main drag of a street and one of my friends said her room right next to a residence and heard kids up very early in the morning. All rooms- the tub is very shallow and the curtain is too short so water can easily get everywhere on the floor if you’re not careful. Beds not my ideal comfort but it worked.

They have been so nice here! They gave coca tea right when we walked in and the breakfast has been decent The rooms very in size. So be sure to rub it in your mom and friends face if your room is bigger. They have an elevator, I recommend the stairs if you want to feel like you are breathing out of a straw. Mucho recommendo

Avoid this place. It's more of a cheap hostel. You deserve a better place!
