É muito interessante se hospedar nesse hotel, quando o táxi chega na porta, a primeira impressão é de que tomamos um ferro, a impressão da faixada não é boa. Isso muda quando entramos no hotel, no quarto. Um quarto grande, com cama King, oferecendo serviços que não encontramos em qualquer hotel. Secador de cabelos, toalhas de piscina com bolsa de palha para carregar suas tralhas, um kit completo de toucador, ferro de passar, com tábua, limpeza boa, e rápida ao sairmos do quarto, ar condicionado individual e funcionando bem, grandes armário. Fica longe das praias, mas ponto de táxi e ônibus bem na portaria. O café da manhã apesar de farto não é para nós brasileiros, queijos, manteiga e pão horríveis, muita comida, que para nós seria almoço, mas é o café deles e dos americanos. Agora, o que surpreende mesmo é a área de lazer, nunca vi nada igual, apesar de não ser tão grande é espetacular, com muitas camas, hidros, muito verde, uma boa academia. Recomendo.

Meu esposo Sussi Martins e eu nos hospedamos nesse hotel do dia 30/04 ao dia 04/05 deste ano (2019), e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa! Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado, uma equipe de atendimento excelente, muito simpática e gentil, principalmente no restaurante, na hora do café da manhã. E que café delicioso!!! Fica bem no centro, perto de tudo mesmo. Dias inesquecíveis para nós!!! Super recomendamos.

A estrutura é boa, mas o café da manhã deixa a desejar pelas opções e por conta da burocracia para conseguir vaga para sentar no espaço pequeno destinado ao café.Sem contar o menu do serviço de quarto que tem horário restrito para o jantar.

Hotel muito bom, que atende as expectativas. O quarto bem grande, com todos os itens que precisamos. A limpeza é feita todo dia, e as toalhas repostas. Só tivemos problemas com papel higiênico que faltou duas vezes e o ar condicionado que não gelava muito, acredito que basta limpar o filtro. O café da manhã tem fila muitas vezes, o que incomoda um pouco. Algumas saladas tinham umas moscas voando acima, um ponto a se observar pelo hotel. A recepcionista do café da manhã é muito gentil, o que fez valer a estadia. Na verdade toda a equipe é muito gentil. A área de lazer era muito legal, os drinks ótimos e baratos, assim como a comida. Valeu muito a pena.

El mejor hotel en el centro de Cancun,estas a un paso de todo,muy buen trato del personal y habitaciones amplias y superlimpias,cuenta con piscina,spa,gimnasio y bar...si lo que quieres es conocer la verdadera esencia de Cancun y alejarte de la zona hotelera este es tu sitio!!!...volvere sin duda alguna!!!

Muy lindo hotel, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Un servicio muy cordial y enfocado en el detalle permanente hacia los huéspedes.

Hermosas instalaciones y buena atención. Un sitio bien preparado para descansar y utilizar como base para visitar todo Cancún e igualmente para pasar días de vacaciones.

A gorgeous hotel. It has a nice tropical vibe and is very clean. A bit unorganized and short of staff though. The pool area always frequently was short of towels and people had to wait 10 15 minutes to find one.

Was really looking forward to staying here, howeverIam a bit disappointed. Room is very nice and is huge. Bathroom not very clean and sink is cracked. Reception staff were not friendly. I appreciate I am in Mexico but most staff have very poor English so unless you speak Spanish you may want to avoid this hotel. I am sure the Oasis group will post the generic response the post on most reviews. Would be nice if they addressed the areas of concern rather than sweep over them.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both times have met our expectations. Lovely hotel and great service. Good location but definitely not busy and loud The only downside this time was the breakfast options have reduced, but I assume it’s because of Covid.

Great hotel. Loved the pool and lounge area, and the personal hot tubs are amazing!! Also liked the variety at breakfast. Good wifi, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy firm bed.

Se les reventó una cañería, lo cual produjo que se inunde la habitación. Hasta ahí pudo haber sido un accidente, pero: 1. no se dignaron en levantarnos las cosas del piso, así que se mojó toda nuestra ropa con agua de retrete. 2. prometieron lavarla y no lo hicieron 3. se negaron a dar un reembolso, a pesar de que el gasto lo terminamos asumiendo nosotros. Nobleza obliga, nos cambiaron de habitación más grande. Pero en esa habitación la tele no se llegaba a ver. Francamente, un pésimo servicio.

Le doy 3 estrellas por lo siguiente:Pros: Excelente ubicacion, tienes muchas cosas cerca: comida, supermercado, farmacia, parada de bus para ir a la playa, centro comercial, etc. La cama es cómoda, la comida del desayuno incluido no es la gran cosa, pero esta bien a secas. La alberca está genial y toda esa área. Mi esposa tuvo un accidente al caerse de las escaleras y en menos de 2 minutos habia personal ayudando, paramedico y todo; eso es muy excelente y les aplaudo porque nos hizo sentir bien atendidos.Contras: Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que hay dos hoteles en la misma ubicacion: Oh Oasis y otro de Oasis. El del lobby nos puso en el hotel equivocado alegando que era lo mismo, pero solicitamos que nos movieran y nos dimos cuenta que no es lo mismo. Llegamos a hacer check in tarde y pedimos recomendacion de comida y nos recomendó unos tacos a 3 cuadras, pero lo que no nos dijo es que estaban cerrados a esa hora, no creo que sea correcto primero ponernos en otro edificio y decirnos una recomendacion que en el contexto de nosotros no sirve. Al cambiarnos de habitacion el clima estaba muy frio y no servia el control remoto, nos tuvieron esperando como 4 horas hasta que nos dieron el control, considero que eso es mucho tiempo para darnos un control remoto. Una habitacion a 16 grados sin poder modificar la temperatura no es agradable para todos. Otra cosa es que la acustica de la habitacion no es muy buena, porque se escuchan los portazos cuando cierran los vecinos la puerta, dos dias me despertaron esos portazos de los demas hospedados a las 5-6 am y pues un cuarto deberia estar asilado de una mejor manera.

Stay at this hotel at your own risk ! I usually stay at resorts but wanted a different experience & opted for this hotel. This hotel is the worst! They placed us in a room filled with roaches in the bathroom, the employees and staff are terrible. They take forever to bring items to you and do not answer the telephone when you call the front desk. The height of it all was how dishonestthe hotel and their lab partner claimed to do a COVID test with results in 2 hours but less than 5 seconds, they produced a false result. Couldn't take it anymore from this horrific hotel & had to move . I chose this hotel because the reviews seemed decent . It appears the reviews are being written by some of their staff and locals. If you want to enjoy your vacation , avoid this hotel and it's establishments! Unless you enjoy roaches ,incompetent staffs, dishonesty , and a place that would make you sick , then book this hotel.

The room was nice and well designed.The breakfast was great, albeit we waited 10 minutes to get in.The pool was good; although a bit small and shallow for a proper swim.Wi-Fi was OK.Note there are extra charges (VAT, city tax, eco tax, etc) that didn’t show during booking. We ended up paying 20% above the booking price.Also mind a muted hum throughout the night (probably from the water pump) which may be uncomfortable for sensitive sleepers.

Mala atención para todo tienes que hacer kilómetros de cola check in; tragos etc para quete vayas te apuran tedice a las 12 o 13 hs ; te tocan la puerta a las 9 horas.Un desastre!!!

Incredibly friendly staff, great room, great price. If you want to experience the real Cancun and aren't interested in All-inclusive, this is the place for you. Lots of bard and restaurants nearby. COVID safety in the hotel is top notch, breakfast buffet it delicious. Looking forward to the red of our week and the great experiences I know we'll have!

Es el peor hotel que fui en mi vida, para empezar el check in debe ser a las tres nos dijeron que a las 4, luego había una cola todo el mundo quejándose nadie atendiendo había un montón de stand donde nadie de los empleados hacía nada, me tuve que quejar yo estaba con mi bebe, comí en el buffet y me tocó un pedazo de lija en la comida, le pregunté a uno de los que atendía qué pescado era el que me estaba sirviendo y me dijo no tengo idea y de mala gana, mi puerta del baño se cerró y nadie me ayudo tardaron y la abrió mi marido, te dejan entrar a internet con un solo teléfono si no te cobran si le dicen que es wifi gratis es solo para un teléfono osea que es mentira! Me fui a quejar al lobby y me mandaron que vaya hacer fila que es inmensa en atención al cliente. Para rematar a la gente de aquí no les importa nadie, atienden súper mal y todos están paveando.

Buena atención, amplio, la habitación con olor a humedad, se respetan los protocolos, la zona de piscina hermosa, Buen gimnasio

Really good experience loved the pool and my view

The GOOD first:The staff is very friendly and nice, and the overall facilities are fairly beautiful. They are extremely helpful if you just ask and be respectful as anyone should. The breakfast food is pretty good. Very filling. The beds are comfortableThe BAD:But when it comes to the wifi while we were there it was worse than the worst moments we had in Tulum while staying in the middle of the jungle. We were very unimpressed as we work online thus it was impossible to get much done. They told us at first that it was a problem with our computer’s connection to their internet and to forget the network and try reconnecting. This did not help at all and possibly made it worse. Their gym looks bigger and newer in the pictures than it actually is as a result of all the mirrors there that makes it look like it’s straight out of a Rocky film. Speaking of which, there was a Arnold and Stalone film playing as we worked out. There ARE NO TREADMILLS which is sort of unheard of at a hotel as there is usually at least one treadmill. My partner and couldn’t believe it when we got in.Rooms: The rooms are nice, but the layout of some of it doesn’t make sense - the shower doesn’t have a door and the water gets onto the door to the shower and makes it rusted and decaying. The door also goes in so it’s awkward to make your way out of the bathroom. The king size bed isNow for the BIG ONE - THERE ARE NO SHUTTLES The three main reasons I booked this place was for the breakfast included, gym, and free shuttle. Not only was there no free shuttle, there are no shuttles at all. It costs around $25USD one way.Suggestions to hotel:1.) Make sure WIFI works 24/7 - there are many people who work and2.) Update gym - at least 2 treadmills, TRX, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells3.) SHUTTLE - offer free and/or team up with a shuttle service4.) Little updates to things so that they don't decay - a shower door, new bathroom door, electric outlet (one popped out of the wall just by unplugging a lamp)

Great hotel for if you're deciding to stay downtown and not the hotel zone. Very cozy and clean. A/C was great and strong in our room. The atmosphere is lovely. The pool area is the star of the show. I also really loved the breakfast buffet- yeah, of course, not the finest quality food out there, but better than most hotel breakfast buffets of this level- the hot Mexican dishes, and the juices, were probably the best. They have something for everyone. Also, the towels are really nice at this hotel, and parking is on the side. There will be a few steps to the rooms, from the elevators, beware. The staff is typical of friendly Mexican hospitality (a good thing). Plenty of security here. The bar/restaurant are also great to have, outside of breakfast hours. I think normally more is open, such as another restaurant, or more entertainment, but I assume closed for now, due to the pandemic. Great bang for your buck!

We stayed here for a week with my fam.. and the food was so good especially the breakfast, big pool and clean.. but I lost I'm sunglasses inside our room..

Buen hotel y a muy buen precio a la entrada de Cancún. A poco de entrar a la ciudad tienes el hotel, perfecto ubicado si quieres ir hacia la zona hotelera a algún restaurante o beach club. Puedes quedarte tranquilamente el día entero en el hotel donde tienes; restaurante, bar, piscina, gimnasio muy bien equipado….. las camas balinesas y los jacuzzi de la piscina son una pasada. Las habitaciones bastante amplias y con un muy buen baño.

Excelente atención, tranquilo, muy limpio, el desayuno muy bueno. Recomendado para pasar unos días en pareja ó con la familia. En los alrededores se encuentran muchos sitios para comer, paradero para ir a la zona hotelera a menos de dos cuadras si no quiere pagar taxi, tienditas para adquirir recuerdos, de verdad muy bien ubicado.

Excelente servicio de recepción, instalaciones impecables, preocupados por el ambiente y en los alimentos el desayuno fantástico. Su personal super amable y atento. Y la ubicación excelente.

Las habitaciones están muy bien y está en una muy buena ubicación cerca del centro comercial y el ADO que es la terminal de transporte que te lleva a el aeropuerto, tulum y playa del carmen.El desayuno está muy bien y cumplen todos los protocolos, en la habitación te reciben con 3 botellas de agua mineral gratis y café.

Nice pool area. Note that it is adult only for rooms but kids allowed at the pool from sister hotel next door.if you want to save money stay at Smart hotel...same rooms. Only difference I noticed is premium mattress pad and nice duvet. Very friendly staff and good service.

Updated. Giving benefit of the doubt that our initial experience was an outlier. The service has been commendable of late from everyone including housekeeping. It is very affordable for the location and accommodations (much cheaper than what we paid for the hotel zone). The breakfast is included and pretty good quality; it's a buffet with a good amount of selections. The pool is never really crowded. Honestly, there are roughly only ever a couple of people in the water at any given moment, though the tubs are always busy. Similar to the hotel zone, there is frequently someone trying to sell you on something in the lobby.

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel. Os quartos com cheiro de mofo, umidade no teto, barulho ensurdecedor da máquina de gelo, banheiro entupido, academia sem equipamentos básico, 18 horas da tarde e o serviço de quarto não havia chegado ainda e o café da manhã é fraco, com comida sem gosto e café com gosto de chá mate. Porém os funcionários são educados.

First thing is first THIS IS NOT AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE 21+ THERE WAS CHILDREN EVERYWHERE INCLUDING THE POOL AREA ONLY REASON I BOOKED BECAUSE IT SAYS ADULTS ONLY HOTEL! I stayed here for my birthday, in which booked a standard room with 1 large bed I'm currently pregnant so It was for my comfort..... I didn't receive that instead I got 2 beds In a room.... the rooms are nice but I didn't appreciate sleeping across from my partner it was my Birthday celebration. I did request to please change my room in which I kept being promised that I would get, knowing the days I stayed I never got it. I definitely wasn't the only customer complaining about this. The pool however states it opens at "8am" but while staff hasn't cleaned or started picking up any towels so technically pool was opened by 10am.. Even after the staff finished "cleaning" the pool there was still bugs and leafs in there, the hotubs however are a bit dirty as in the side of the tubs walls had dark muck stuck on it.. when I asked a staff member who was cleaning the pool if he could clean it for me.. he claimed "it was already clean" which it definitely was not. He literally just threw some soap and rinsed it in front of me with a fuss.. something I could've done myself... As for the staff in the front door when entering the hotel and by the restaurant area was very helpful and more useful then the client helpers checking the people in. It is about a 20 minute drive to most tourist areas.. a bit far just like the beach there's only 1 restaurant in this hotel. I myself will never bring myself back to this hotel I have no idea how it has an 8+ star rating. They need more order in the whole hotel except the restaurant

Ótimohotelpara se hospedar no centroda cidade de Cancún.

Realizamos uma reserva para 3 pessoas em um quarto, mas quando chegamos só haviam 2 camas de solteiro. Recorremos ao pessoal da recepção que se dispuseram a colocar uma cama de armar extra, porém o tamanho do quarto não acomoda muito bem dessa forma. Pedimos um quarto extra, o que não estava nos planos, mas sem sucesso por falta de vaga no hotel. Quarto com forte cheiro de mofo; Porta do banheiro completamente danificada por conta da humidade. Espaço de lazer bom e localização ótima.

Hotel pequeno, muito charmoso, tudo funciona bem e com uma equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. Excelentes quartos, café da manhã simples, mas atende. Área da piscina linda, que nós faz lembrar que estamos no Caribe. Não fica na área hoteleira, mas a região é super segura e o acesso por ônibus às praias é super fácil.

Não gostei do hotel, quartos muito antigos, e o pior é o cheiro de mofo que é bem forte.Não recomendo.

Desde o primeiro dia, não me arrependo de ficar neste hotel! 15 dias de descanso, local limpo, funcionários educados e prestativos, limpeza do quarto diária. Café da manhã um pouco fraco, falta opções pra quem não come gluten (pão, massas etc)!! O ambiente da piscina é muito confortável! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente! PRECISAM URGENTEMENTE MELHORAR A ACADEMIA!!!!

Excellent value in good location!!! Great staff and service. The pool and lounge area is nice. Food & drinks are good as well, except the coffee which was included in the breakfast.

Complained in the restaurant and the reception that I've got food poisoning from the breakfast sausage stew( was ice cold in the hot area of the buffet), no action or response from management. 3 stars is very generous. Just came back from a 2 Weeks vacation in Oh!The Urban Oasis. I liked it a lot I had a beautiful superior room,clean and big.The Hotel is stylish and you have lots possebilities to lie on the pool drink good cocktails and nice food. how I like it.we will come back!

This is Smart Cancun by Oasis located in Cancun Centro (downtown). Enjoyed 3 nights stay with family. Nice rooms, spacious swimming pool area, good service and excellent breakfast buffet!

Excellent service, space, and value. Pool area is incredible. Good live music, nice on-site bars, restaurants, and cigar bar. Room is clean, quiet, modern, and bed is crazy comfortable. Most of all, staff is on point. Great stay. Will return.
