Great little hotel. As it is just after Covid reopening it has minimal staff etc but that's all understandable as it will take time. I've been here one week and my room has not been serviced, would be good if they just dropped of bottled water and emptied rubbish, even if every second day.

Um hotel super estratégico, bem em frente à praia de Kuta, facilitando muito o acesso a outros pontos turísticos. Para um quarto confortável em sua classe, forneça apenas uma pequena lixeira no quarto, não apenas no banheiro, para que o lixo não tenha que ir ao banheiro. Em seguida, o problema da geladeira, no começo eu estava feliz em obter uma pequena instalação de geladeira, mas depois de comprar esta bebida, a geladeira não estava fria, então fiquei um pouco decepcionado também. A piscina é boa com vista direta para a praia de Kuta, equipada com piscina infantil e vários gazebos

If you like the beach atmosphere. this hotel is perfect for you. you just cross to the beach within 10 seconds from the hotel. you can also enjoy the beach view from the hotel room and also the swimming pool on the 4th floor.

Foi uma experiência muito ruim ficar neste hotel. Fiquei por 2 noites.No check-in será informado que no dia seguinte às 16h00 e acima não poderá ser utilizado pois será utilizado para uma cerimónia de casamento.Uma das facilidades que atrai este hotel é a piscina que dá para a praia de Kuta. A recepção do hotel disse apenas "apenas 1 dia, senhor", fiquei apenas 2 noites, senhor e, claro, se você quiser nadar, não é de manhã cedo ou à tarde. De manhã, descobriu-se que começou a instalar decorações na piscina. Sim, definitivamente não é confortável de usar.Na hora do casamento, eu tinha voltado para o hotel. O som do sistema de som entra na sala. É extraordinário, parece estar em um hotel falso.Parece que precisa ser revisto para ️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Os quartos são ok, o café da manhã é ok, as instalações são muito ruins, a hospitalidade é horrível. Definitivamente não vou voltar aqui novamente.

O hotel é muito estratégico, bem em frente à praia de Kuta. O momento após a pandemia foi muito triste porque Kuta, que nunca dormia, foi afetada às 10h e já estava bem tranquilo. Os quartos são todos bastante espaçosos com varandas e artigos de toalete completos e limpos. A piscina é legal de frente para o mar da praia de Kuta. O café da manhã é completo e delicioso. Atendimento muito simpático e inteligente. Obter uma taxa barata de traveloka ....thengkyu traveloka e mercure kuta bali estaremos de volta.

Fue una muy mala experiencia alojarse en este hotel. Me alojé por 2 noches.En el check-in, se le informará que al día siguiente a partir de las 16:00 no se podrá utilizar porque se utilizará para una ceremonia de boda.Una de las instalaciones que atrae a este hotel es la piscina que da directamente a la playa de Kuta. La recepción del hotel solo dijo "solo 1 día, señor", me quedé solo 2 noches, señor y, por supuesto, si quiere nadar, no es temprano en la mañana ni en la tarde. Por la mañana resultó que había comenzado a instalar decoraciones en la piscina. Sí, definitivamente no es cómodo de usar.En el momento de la boda, yo había regresado al hotel. El sonido del sistema de sonido entra en la habitación. Es extraordinario, se siente como estar en un hotel falso.Parece que necesita ser revisado para ️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Las habitaciones están bien, el desayuno está bien, las instalaciones son realmente malas, la hospitalidad es horrible. Definitivamente no volveré aquí de nuevo.

El hotel es muy estratégico, justo enfrente de la playa de Kuta. El momento posterior a la pandemia fue muy triste porque Kuta, que nunca dormía, se vio afectada a las 10 de la noche y ya estaba muy tranquila. Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas, con balcones y artículos de tocador completos y limpios. La piscina es fresca frente al mar de la playa de Kuta. El desayuno es completo y delicioso. Servicio muy amable e inteligente. Consigue una tarifa barata de traveloka... thengkyu traveloka y mercure kuta bali volveremos.

Hotel was openagain for just one month after Covid lockdown but service andcleanlyness was not upto AccordHotel standards. The staircases were super dirty and our socalled refurbished room was in need of some paint. There was mould in the bathroom and around the mirror. Indonesian breakfast was OK but Western was not so good. (Toaster did not work). Employees were very friendly but service was not good. Because of a wedding the poolarea had no more sunbeds and chairs from 14:00h and was closed for guests from 17:00h. Not worth the money. There are better and nicer hotels in the area for less money.

Staff were friendly, but need prompting to clean up the room, they disturb you in the morning while you are napping then forget to clean the room after you leave for touring bali, restaurant had some renovation going on, the food selection for breakfast was not really enticing, I've had better breakfasts in bali. Service and food standards need to be improved, otherwise the amenities, pool was beautiful. Will I come back again, maybe 🤔.

Estive aqui várias vezes, antes da pandemia estava tudo bem, quartos, instalações, atendimento, localização, estava tudo ok👍👍 É que depois da pandemia, parece que não está bem conservado, o vaso sanitário está com problema, o chuveiro também. O menu de pequeno-almoço é tão pequeno, menos variado. A localização é bem em frente à praia de Kuta. . ótimo. . Piscina de frente para o mar👍👍👍

A localização era ótima. A praia de Kuta está à sua frente. A piscina é uma boa piscina de borda infinita que leva à praia. O café-da-manhã (especialmente a omelete de estação de ovo) foi muito delicioso. Eu não esperava isso porque era um hotel que eu fiz um tour de uma agência de viagens, mas era conveniente ir a qualquer lugar, então eu gostaria de ficar aqui novamente na próxima vez que eu for.

Um hotel com uma vista incrível e legal! Recomenda-se ficar no último andar (principalmente aquele com varanda). De manhã você pode relaxar enquanto observa Bali.Há um spa e piscina. Chá, café e água quente também estão disponíveis no quarto. Há uma banheira de hidromassagem também, artigos de toalete completos. Há um pequeno quarto / guarda-roupa e um cabide está disponível. Há quartos conjugados também. hospedado aqui para 3 dias 2 noites, os quartos são sempre limpos e toalhas e outras ferramentas são trocadas todos os dias.O menu do café da manhã é muito diversificado e o sabor da comida não precisa ser questionado, tome o café da manhã enquanto observa a bela Kuta. Deve tentar.Menos: quando eu estava lá, a tv estava com problemas, então eu não podia assistir tv, assim como wifi. Mas ainda tolerável. Obrigado Mercure Kuta

¡Un hotel con una vista increíble y fresca! Se recomienda alojarse en el último piso (especialmente el que tiene balcón). Por la mañana puedes relajarte mientras contemplas Bali.Hay un spa y una piscina. Té, café y agua caliente también están disponibles en la habitación. También hay una bañera de hidromasaje, artículos de tocador completos. Hay una pequeña habitación/armario y una percha está disponible. También hay habitaciones comunicadas. Me alojé aquí por 3 días y 2 noches, las habitaciones siempre se limpian y las toallas y otras herramientas se cambian todos los días.El menú del desayuno es muy variado y no hay que dudar del sabor de la comida, desayuna mientras contemplas la hermosa Kuta. Deberías intentar.Menos: cuando estuve allí, la televisión tenía problemas, así que no podía ver la televisión, así como el WiFi. Pero aún tolerable. Gracias Mercure Kuta

A localização do hotel é estratégica, do hotel você pode ir a praia de Kuta a qualquer hora, basta atravessar a rua.. A atendente do hotel é simpática, se você for ao 4º andar tem uma piscina e a vista é linda direto para a praia.O quarto é decente, tem uma sacada. O café da manhã é padrão e não variado, e para limpeza, a pia e o vidro do banheiro estão um pouco sujos.

My family held my big brothers wedding in here. I love it, totally love this place. The room itself is very comfortable and the bathtub just feels so freakin right and relaxing. We stay in 4th level, and its amazing. Ms. Andrea is an amazing person that help us to get my big brother wedding done. I wish they upgrade their breakfast menu.

Genial sinceramente es un sitio para repetir. El personal del hotel súper amable y simpático, dándote todas las facilidades, la comida riquísima, las vistas espectaculares. Le daría un 10... es sencillamente genial. Lo recomiendo 100%, yo volveré sin dudarlo. Parecen fotos de mentira, pero son reales. Enamorada me voy de este lugar.
