Overall, I really liked this hotel! Great pools (specially the infinity pool). The beach could have a bit more infrastructure but maybe that is limited by the government. The breakfast was really good, loads of variety and a lot of room to sit in! They have local and some more international like dishes. Location wise it's okay, it's more of a resort in terms of it being far from the main city but it's close to the airport! The room was very nice and neat. There is one point that annoyed me though. For a 5 star hotel and to top it off having stayed in a suite, the towels could be at least washed with some softener. It felt like I was peeling my skin off while drying myself... We had 6 towels and all of them were rough!

I love this hotel! It’s so awesome! It’s super fancy! The employees work hard! It’s just a great hotel! First and best five start hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Definitely come! It’s just an awesome hotel in general. Over a few days of being here I realize how good it is!

The infinity pool on the 10 floor is so nice but unfortunately the windows are very dirty you can hardly see the ocean on the other side. The service is friendly and the music is great and chilly but mostly the volume is too high. I would expect more attention to details from a five star hotel and for the price they charge.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for a large, resort-style stay. The property includes good restaurants, bars, and plenty of activities for kids. They have several pools, each offering something different. The rooms were great and the service was excellent. Located right on the beach and just outside of town. If you wanted to travel to the old city, it is about a 10-15 minute taxi.

I have no complaints about this hotel at all. It's very big, so be sure to visit the neighboring hotels. They are all connected. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Don't leave your balcony door open, because the lizards will sneak into your room. We had two of them trying to stay with us. The hotel is maybe 10-15 minutes away from The Walled City. The hotel is right on the beach with an excellent view of the sunset. So have your cameras ready. The pools? There are so many choices. We loved the infinity pool at neighboring hotel. You are allowed there. Like I said, these hotels are connected in some way. If you decide to bring your kids along on this vacation, Hotel Las Americas is a great choice. There are kiddie pools and a playground.

Well, I thought it was very good service since they treated you very well, the food was delicious, the customer service is fantastic, the place is very cozy, there are activities for both children...
