This art deco hotel is located in the heart of South Beach, 1 block from the beach and 7 blocks from Lincoln Road shopping and dining area. Guests will find plenty of restaurants, nightclubs and points of interest within walking distance. The hotel features a popular on-site restaurant (with outdoor seating) and a bar as well as a total of 75 standard rooms with basic furnishings. Further facilities available at this air-conditioned establishment include a 24-hour check-out service, a cloakroom and lift access. The suites come with a fridge, a microwave and a toaster oven. Standard rooms have 1 queen-size or 2 double beds whereas the suites have 1 queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed (suites sleep a maximum of 4 - no extra beds). “Save your money, and go somewhere else. Trust me, spend a little more and go to another hotel. Service was poor at best, do I blame the employees, not really, people treated them horribly and they were constantly dealing with intoxicated adults. But regardless the guest service was tired, annoyed and over it. The rooms, I can get past, small, dated, and a little beat up. I can't get over, dirty, and unkept. Positive of the room, they have mattress covers to help prevent bed bugs (great investment on the hotels part). However it does not take away from the fact that the room was dirty. Invest on deep cleaning and dusting! The hotel in general, don't be fooled by the pictures. It is dirty, it smells like weed all the time. The pool is overrun by drunk guests going to the every day of the week pool party. The furniture is beat up and tossed around. This hotel resembles a frat house after rush week. Save your money go elsewhere, the location is not worth. Unless you want to party like you are in a frat house during rush week - then this is the hotel for you :)”
