Tivemos um grande momento na verdade, mas tivemos alguns problemas com o pagamento. Meu namorado pagou pelo quarto, e o hotel de alguma forma tirou o valor de sua conta bancária duas vezes. Não entendemos como isso pode acontecer, até usamos o bar do hotel uma vez, mas ainda não sabemos como eles conseguiram tanto dinheiro para toda a estadia.

have stayed in 10 hiltons in last 3 months, platinum member and have used for several years. worst staffing imaginable here with different rules to all of the other 9 hiltons. when called out on these made up rules they changed story 3 times. They also allow staff to work alone on busy nights, they do not have a complaints policy and don't even record calls. Avoid, there are way better hiltons nearby with competent staff.

We had a great time actually, but had some problems with paying. My boyfriend had paid for the room, and the hotel somehow took the amount off from his bank account twice. We don’t understand how could it happen, we even used the hotel bar one time, but still don’t know how could they pull off that much money for the whole stay.

Este é um dos meus Hiltons favoritos. Eu trabalho em Londres 3-4 dias por semana, experimentei muitos dos Hiltons, a equipe e as instalações aqui estão entre as melhores. A academia está sempre aberta, os funcionários são simpáticos, os esportes estão no bar se você perguntar e você tem 2 boas estações de metrô para todas as linhas que você precisa. A recepcionista Califa sempre tem um sorriso, é contagiante. Eu recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.

Um hotel encantador, sempre um prazer voltar!Padrões que você esperaria em geral e mais como os pequenos toques, como a máquina de café em cápsulas no quarto para experimentar cafés diferentes durante a sua visita, um biscoito quente na chegada, camas realmente confortáveis (não muito altas, nem muito baixas) e funcionários muito simpáticos.O que mais você poderia pedir?Um pouco decepcionado quando desci para o café da manhã com 15 minutos antes do café da manhã terminar e havia muito pouco do buffet quente. Fomos informados de que a comida não será reabastecida, mas logo a equipe classificou, apesar de ter que esperar alguns minutos para que os ovos, feijão e salsichas fossem trazidos. Antes tarde do que nunca...Exceto aquele pequeno soluço, nada mais precisava de atenção.

A lovely hotel, always a pleasure to return! Standards you would expect overall and more like the little touches like the pods coffee machine in the room to try different coffees during your visit, a warm cookie on arrival, really comfortable beds (not too high, not too low) and very friendly staff. What else could you ask for? A little disappointed when got down for breakfast with 15 minutes before breakfast finishing and there were very little left of the warm buffet. We were told that food will be not replenished but soon the staff has sorted despite having to wait few minutes for eggs, beans and sausages to be brought out. Better late than never... Except that little hiccup, nothing else needed attention.

This is 1 of my favourite Hilton’s. I work in London 3-4 days a week, I have tried many of the Hilton’s, the staff and facilities here are among the best. The gym is always open, the staff are friendly, the sports is on in the bar if you ask and you have 2 good tube stations for all of the lines you need. The receptionist Califa always has a smile, it’s infectious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had my wedding in double tree hilton back in June and my sister had her henna party last week. Ana and her team are amazing and their service is really good. They kept on checking to see everything was good through the event and if we were happy with everything. They were really helpful and friendly. However the only downside was the team who was at the reception of the hotel was not friendly and not helpful at all. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend to do an event at the hotel. Thanks to Ana and her team!

Apart from temperature issue of room in first night, I would say amazing hotel to stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food at restaurant was amazing. Room was very clean with lots of amenities. I feel very welcome and when issues been reported, staff dealt very promptly. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

It was a nice and comfortable stay in a good location of travel links. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Service was a little slow however and I had to ask for a coffee I had ordered on arrival for breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes for service at the bar. Apart from that staff were attentive and enjoyed our stay.

Sensacional. A pesar que hicimos un error por nuestra parte con las reservaciones el personal fue excepcional y resolvieron el problema con gran aptitud. El hotel es excelente en calidad y precio. Muy limpio buen desayuno y bien conectado con las lineas de metro district y central line. Y nos dieron muchas galletas como buen double tree.

¡Hotel impecable! La limpieza: perfecta. La bienvenida y el check in: perfecto (rápido, cordial y con una cookie de regalo para cada visitante). El desayuno: exquisito! (Pan de todo tipo, muffins, huevo revuelto, huevo duro, panceta, salchicha, pancakes, mermeladas, miel, manteca, frutas, yogurt, café, te, jugos naturales, etc.) Ubicación: bien. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque está ubicado en la zona 3 de londres (está a 50 minutos de la zona 1, aunque a veces tardabamos una hora y 20 minutos, y a veces tardabamos menos). Igualmente la zona es un barrio residencial muy lindo y seguro. El centro de Ealing Broadway tiene de todo, es atractivo y muy tranquilo. ME ENCANTÓ ESTE HOTEL!
