“Me hospede 2 semanas en este hotel y el personal era poco eficiente en cuanto a la solución de problemas ocasionales.Por otro lado, la infraestructura es moderna y los espacios bien organizados, la vista al club del golf era bastante relajante,pero todo esto queda en segundo plano cuando no se ha recibido una buena atención.”

“Horrible I'm going to request my money back.
They don't have a Valet parking,
My room was not the one that I reserved, wen I called to see what happened, they told me that they don't have any other room available, but I was never notified about it. And the he start asking me about my immigration status, I told him that that is not his business and then he said that it was in order to not charge me taxes for the room. I was never notify of any extra charges at the counter. They only told me that everything was cover by Expedia, so I said that I will not pay anything extra since I was never notify about that during the check in. And then the person over the phone treat me saying "will see", so at that point I asked for his supervisor, and he said that there is no supervisor at the hotel, they will come in the morning. I couldn't believe that the whole hotel there was no supervisor available, they tols me that they can only transfer me with security... Unbelievable.”
